Great location, friendly accommodating staff, clean rooms, and great showers.

Staff were great. Shower was nice .Room was TINY! Didn’t like the smell inside entire building . (Strong air freshener ). Quilt smelled dirty . Fridge didn’t work.

Really nice staff, newly renovated, quiet and a very comfortable bed.

It was nicely decorated, but the room that we were in was so small with a huge king size bed, and there was nowhere to hang your clothes, and we were looking out on all the pipes on the roof. also, there were no bedside lamps just one light overhead.

Very clean. Thin walls. Would stay again.

We had an amazing stay. The staff is super helpfull and where incredibly sweet. Would definitely stay again. Lots of amenities near by and good view from the hotel.

Poor soundproofing

Newly renovated but they should have put more thought into their renovation. Only 1 electrial outlet available and the nightstand needed to be moved to access it. No bedside lamps, only 1 nightstand. No security lock on the door. Bathroom fan couldnt be used because of the noise. Steep stairs (no elevator). Don't stay here is you have mobility issues. Won't stay here again.

This hotel is a old building that has been recently redone and they did a great job! The units are cute, the beds are comfy and the shower was beautiful! It's got great views and the front desk service was lovely! Definitely recommend while staying in PR.

Great hotel, the bathroom is incredible! Loved the ocean views and watching the ferries. Only negative was the sound proofing, I could hear the people in the other room talking and all their movements.

Stylish

Very odd setup. A guest would go to the back of the building, park on a hill, then walk to the front of the building to check in. We dropped our luggage (one of us waited with it) in front of the building. Friendly staff. Pricey for the size of the room. Close to the ferry terminal. The doors are too close together. No security lock on the door. White lights, not yellow. Bright. No food, not even a vending machine. The stairs are very steep to the second floor. I could not imagine lugging a suitcase up there. You can hear the people walking above you.
