For this price, it's too expensive, because many hotels below this price point have a low level of cleanliness. This hotel has a price equivalent to a 3-star hotel, but the cleanliness is zero. The bathroom is dirty, and the water heater is not hot enough, but very hot. Please pay more attention to cleanliness, and there are no hotel slippers. At this price, there should be hotel slippers.

The staycation here was very comfortable. Prayer equipment should be included in the room.

So far, to come to this area, you need to be well prepared because the road is quite steep, then for breakfast, it's just normal, but the view is beautiful.

I booked Seruni dome and it was great. It was spacious and quite comfortable for a "tent-based room". The food is okay, simple and limited variation, but at least they refill the main course and check whether all the guests have got the breakfast. Good for a family or group escape in nature.

I stayed at Seruni Dome on June 27, 2026. The glamping area wasn't completely tidy because construction was still underway on a new glamping site. The air was cool, and it was quite chilly at around 19 degrees Celsius at night. The road leading to the location was quite narrow, so you had to stop if you passed other cars, but it was still safe. Pros: 1. Beautiful views 2. Delicious food 3. Fish pond and swimming pool 4. Close to Botanika, which is great for families with children. 5. Friendly and helpful staff. 6. Smart TVs 7. Plenty of seating areas around the property. Some cons I encountered: 1. No slippers provided. 2. No clothes hooks or closets in the room, so I left my things on the floor. 3. Wi-Fi was slow and often lagged. 4. Breakfast lacked variety, but it was tasty. 5. Room cleanliness was lacking, as the floor looked unclean when I checked in. 6. The bathroom exhaust is noisy. 7. When I checked in, towels weren't provided and weren't given until after Maghrib (understandable, perhaps because there were a lot of people checking out earlier). 8. The check-in process was slow because I checked in at almost 4 p.m. and the room wasn't ready yet. Perhaps there were a lot of late check-outs beforehand. Conclusion: Sangga Langit can be an alternative option if you're bored of Bandung or Puncak because it offers equally beautiful natural views and many tourist attractions around the glamping area, one of which is Botanika. It's recommended to buy food at a convenience store before check-in, as the nearest one is quite a distance, about 7-8 kilometers, and the road out of the glamping is also narrow, not accommodating two cars. Hopefully, these shortcomings can be addressed soon by the accommodation and the local government will improve access to the location, as there are many other tourist attractions around the glamping. The place is beautiful, and the view is amazing. The air is cool, and I want to come back again. The only scary thing is the access road is very steep and some parts are damaged, so climbing up requires some effort.

Access to Embun Village is quite difficult. It's very far from the city center or even the nearest shop. But once you arrive, you don't want to go anywhere else. Dome is very comfortable, with portable air conditioning and clean. The bed is large and soft. The bathroom is clean and has amenities. Breakfast was a little less satisfying because the food was already starting to get cold. A few suggestions if you want food delivered to Dome: perhaps wrap it in aluminum foil to prevent it from getting cold quickly. Or, heat the plates first to keep the food warm.

The staff is friendly, the place is comfortable, clean, and quite helpful for refreshing.

The atmosphere is cool and serene, and the room is cool and cool without needing to turn on the air conditioning. The service is friendly and attentive, and the food is delicious and reasonably priced. However, the domes are too close together, making even the slightest noise from one side audible, resulting in a lack of privacy.

Comfortable for the price, but the water smells strongly of chlorine. Please pay attention to the cleanliness of the prayer area, both in terms of the place and the ablution water.

We arrived and were told to wait about 30 minutes before we could enter our room. We thought it was being cleaned, but when we entered, the floor was dusty. The sheets were dirty and sandy. There was an insect stuck to the bed cover. The toilet didn't flush properly and smelled a bit. We definitely don't recommend staying here. There's no such thing as a dog that's been making noise all night.

The atmosphere is comfortable and the food and drinks are good. However, the customers can sometimes get noisy in the middle of the night.

Even though the climb to Embun Village is very steep, it is worth it for the beautiful view and location.

I would like to have more minimarkets in the hotel area.
