Amenities not as advertised. We had groceries and no kitchen. No pool. No crib.

Once we got in, the room was good and we enjoyed our stay. The check-in experience was awful and we were stuck in the pouring rain trying to get it resolved. The check-in instructions and address we received were incorrect. We are very lucky a stranger helped us.

The room has serious issues with hot water. every time we tried to shower after 5pm our room had no hot water. Likewise, the room seemed pretty neglected; chipped paint, broken bathroom tiles, furniture with noticeable cosmetic damage, etc.

The air conditioner is under power and feels like living in a sauna room

The property is outdated. The signs are faded so hard to understand how to enter your room or hotel main entrance. I was only there 1 night but might have been disappointed further if I had stayed longer. Very very basic.

Having laundry machines inside the accommodation as well as a fully stocked kitchen made it feel more comfortable for a family vacation, highly recommend!

We have stayed at Mont Blanc Chalet for many years. Over the years, we have noticed a significant reduction in the quality of services offered. Playground - closed, pool, sauna, hot tub - demolished, new year's celebration - gone, reception with a nice sitting area by the fire - disappeared, even the common recreation room was closed this year. Very disappointing.

Nice, clean unit. Downside is that there is no night ski-in access so it makes it a bit inconvenient if you aren't back to your unit in the afternoon. We had an issue with the check-in code didn't work and an issue with no hot water, both times (awkward/off hours) they were on the phone with us right away.

Scam! The pictures are nothing close to the reality.

Spent 2 nights there as we skied Mont Tremblant. Didn't realize it was actually on Mont Blanc Ski hill. Looks like great night skiing. Hotel was clean, though a little dated. Support line was very helpful and responsive. Id have no trouble staying there again.

Ski in and out definitely is a big plus. Would be very helpful to have paper towels and cleaning sponge in the kitchen. Maps could also be made better by identifying our unit since not all units are identified in the maps.

The AC stopped working on our second day. Good thing the weathers cold and we were able to open the windows during our stay in night time.

Nice and clean. Just that we went not during the peak season, which made it look creepy with i think just 2 families in the entire place during our stay.

When we arrive in the property we are not happy because theres no reception there. No one are there. We cannot enter because theres a code to enter but we dont have code. We keep calling no one answers only answering machine. The pictures online at hotel.com and the place we arrive are not the same. I choose a room but i dont expect the place is a ski hotel mont blanc. Is different in the pictures. We call the number we want to cancel the booking because we dont expect that place looks creepy.. but we cannot cancel it online. I want my money back under klarna payment. I need an asap answer for this. Its a scam!
