The hotel is in a PERFECT area in Polanco, and the staff were helpful. However, my room was right next to the shared kitchen, so there was constant noise from cooking, chairs scraping, and people talking, along with a strong smell of Chinese food. Some guests also use the shared area for remote work, which means loud conversations throughout the day. The shared kitchen has a very good fridge, and the shared bathroom was generally clean with plenty of hot water, but there was no soap.. Unfortunately, some guests do not clean up after themselves. One girl showered and left the bathtub floor completely covered in black long hair, so you could not even step inside. Check-in is at 4:00 PM, which is very late and wastes most of the day. Overall, it was good value for the price, and despite these issues, I would stay there again.

I is located in a very good district, walkable and safe. Many restaurants and coffee shops are close by. The hotel was quiet and clean. I would go there again.

Location was great. But the room was very basic. Very small TV. Nothing fancy but great location.

The location is excellent. It's next to nice shopping centers. An area in need of improvement was that the room got too hot during the day. Maybe a good fan would help (the fan available was not that good). Also, there's a nice balcony but there were no chairs or tables to enjoy it. I would add those items to improve the stay.

Location is prime! Specially if you are visiting US Embassy for a Visa appointment or just for shopping purposes.

The room advertised on the website appeared to be of a decent size and equipped with basic amenities; however, the actual room was significantly smaller than expected, with no ventilation, insufficient lighting in both the room and washroom, and it was located directly next to the kitchen. The lack of airflow and constant noise made the space feel claustrophobic and uncomfortable. The bathroom was shared and consistently unclean. I frequently had to wait in long lines to use it, which was highly inconvenient. Additionally, after purchasing groceries and storing them on the kitchen shelf, several items including cooking oil, salt, and other supplies were stolen. Only one towel was provided, with no additional basic amenities. Despite charging USD $45 per night for a single room, the quality of service and accommodations was extremely poor. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, and I would not stay at this property again nor recommend it to others.

The internet was slow and there were a lot of interruptions.

Mostly every aspect was good. The only issue was the room I was in didn't have good fresh cool air circulation from outside, it was warm and a bit stuffy.

Fue una experiencia terrible, el lugar es muy diferente a lo que presentan en la app, no es nuevo, huele mucho a aromatizante corriente y olor caracteristico a cigarro. Las "habitaciones" del departamento estan muy encerradas, no tienen ventanas, ni a/c, ni ventiladores y el lugar se siente inseguro, no hay cerrojo de seguridad en la puerta, no es un hotel convencional, eso no lo dice la app. Nosotros no nos quedamos, no lo.usamos y solicitamos la cancelacion, no no han devuelto ni la segunda noche.

Buena ubicación, la persona de limpieza y su hijo muy amable. Deberían tener una persona o Guardia para cuando uno llega !

Excellent place, early check in even though we came before time. Walkable distance to malls, groceries, restaurants. It is safe and service was good
