The hotel is strategically located right in front of the Clock Tower, making it easy to get around on foot. The room was clean, with just a minor flaw: the bathroom had a slightly unpleasant odor, though it looked clean. Overall, it was okay. If I go back to Bukittinggi, I'd probably stay here again, given the reasonable price and great location.

The location is excellent. It's close to everything. The only downside was that the hallway was a bit dirty.

I enjoyed staying here. The service was good and friendly. The breakfast menu was comprehensive, including fried rice, ketupat (rice cakes), porridge, cereal, fried foods, macaroni, and pastries. The location is also centrally located in front of the Clock Tower, so you don't have to drive to the zoo or buy food. As for the room, it was clean and okay.

When I arrived during Ramadan, I had breakfast for sahur (pre-dawn meal). It was stated that sahur starts at 4:00 AM, but I arrived earlier, around 3:30 AM. It turned out that much of the food was already sold out. Refills took a long time to arrive, and some dishes weren't refilled at all. What if I had arrived at 4:00 AM? I would have missed out even more.

I've always enjoyed staying here, but lately the hotel has been very dirty, not clean anymore, and the mineral water has been replaced with water that is not clear anymore 😇

I've been a regular here every time I visit Bukittinggi, staying at this hotel. It's very strategic, close to the hustle and bustle.

We agreed via WhatsApp to replace breakfast with a pre-dawn meal box. They promised delivery at 4:00, but it was actually delivered at 5:03.
