I have stayed here many times when I went to Hanoi. Now the owner has changed but everything is still ok. The rooms are neat and clean. Will definitely come back when I go to Hanoi.

Great hotel, it's in the city center

Apart from the room having a glass dome for sightseeing, I really don't understand why I had to spend 2 million to stay here for 2 nights 🥲! The hotel was renovated with the original rooms exactly like the old Sojo hotel: the TV can only watch TV channels and is not a smart TV (while now, spending 5-700k at a hotel or homestay already has a TV/projector available; old and dirty sofa, no one to help with luggage in and out, the lighting system is sketchy, some bulbs can be turned on, some can't be turned on, the bathroom has no exhaust, the bathroom is extremely narrow, there is only 1 room card... I'm not a picky person, but it's been a long time since I had such an unsatisfactory experience when spending more than 4 million for 2 nights here. Note that this is a bad experience about the hotel room space, amenities, not the service attitude of the staff!

The room size is large, comfortable, and clean. But there is no complimentary tea or coffee in the room, only plain water. The staff can speak English but it is limited, yesterday we had a miscommunication saying early check in at 10 am, but it turned out they meant 12 pm. The breakfast options are VERY LIMITED, not suitable for a 4-star hotel. The location is right in front of Hanoi Train Station so if you get a low floor, you will definitely be noisy from the sound of the train and its horn. We were lucky to get the 17th floor so the noise was only a little audible.

Modern minimalist hotel with complete and modern facilities even though the rooms are a bit small

Clean hotel, beautifully decorated, harmonious layout, polite and enthusiastic staff, helpful when guests need. Convenient location.

The staff were very enthusiastic and friendly, the room was clean, tidy and comfortable enough for my husband and I's short trip to a concert. Always love SOJO and will come back to SOJO again if we have the chance to visit Hanoi next time.

Everything is perfect! They clean up my room everyday and make everything perfect for me. My things those I left in the room is safe because I put it into deposit box. I really enjoyed my 5 nights at Sojo! 💜

I'm quite lazy to give a review, the hotel is so good that I have to review it. Except for the room being a bit small (I don't care too much about this), everything else is great, the staff are super nice, the room is beautiful, not in the traditional hotel style, in the smart room style, because it's a smart hotel, the bathroom is very clean, when you step into the room you're satisfied right away. Next time, wherever I go with Sojo, I will definitely book it.

Great experiences when staying in SOJO. This is the 2nd time I decide to visit this place again

The hotel is nice and conveniently located. I really like the modern design and amenities in the room (especially the automatic curtains). The staff is friendly and enthusiastic, especially the room attendant who always asks me what I need. However, the breakfast does not have many choices and is not very delicious.
