During your stay, the Reception Department suggested upgrading to a more spacious room, however, you informed us that you had booked another resort, so we are sorry that we could not provide further assistance. Regarding luggage, according to the procedure, when requested, the Reception Department will immediately contact the relevant department to assist with transportation. We are sorry if there was a misunderstanding in this case that made you feel that you did not receive timely support.
