The service staff is quite good and friendly, but the service from the restaurant staff is still lacking. I suggest that if there are customers, it would be better not to chat with other restaurant staff.

The hotel is still very new, the service is very good.. The first night I stayed, when I took a shower, it turned out the water outlet was slow, the hotel team was very quick, asked for a change of sheets and they immediately changed it, but I really liked the restaurant, because I was pregnant, I asked for a cooked egg but they didn't give it to me, only onsen was allowed, hopefully this can be corrected in the future...

When I entered the room, it had a very strong musty smell. Maybe it wasn't cleaned. The sheets smelled really musty. The towels were okay. The food was all cold, like ice. Maybe because it was stored in the refrigerator. The staff and security provided good service.

Overall it was ok, but the security guards were busy chatting, playing with their phones like they were security guards at a shop, not a hotel. And the staff were less responsive when checking in. It was more like self-service. The security guards at the front were just chatting. There was no offer of assistance. The food was ok, but for those bringing children, the price of 400 was quite a bit because they had to pay again because it was only for 2 adults.

The sheets and duvets were not replaced, they were dirty and had a lot of hair. A very bad experience staying. I moved rooms but I still got dirty sheets and duvets. I made sure they were not replaced! From room 311 to room 307, there was a lot of hair in the toilet and on the bed. It was really not worth it for the price of 400 and above.
