The staff was helpful, providing electrical outlets, but the bathroom was uncomfortable because it was open, even though I'd requested a closed one. Furthermore, the water in the bathroom suddenly shut off.

There's Netflix. Got the Lawu mezzanine room. When checking in, you have to turn on the AC at the coldest temperature because if you don't use the AC it will feel hot and stuffy. Literally the room is cool, okay. However, the bathroom for me who is 175cm tall feels cramped. Facilities get mineral water and can be refilled in the kitchen!!! But the amenities towels and soap were even out yesterday, not refilled by the staff (next time check okay!). Asked whether I was satisfied or not, I answered very satisfied. It was really comfortable sleeping on the mattress and pillows, because they were clean.

The location is very strategic, not far from Lempuyangan Station, right in the city center, and close to many places. It is also very easy to find food since there are plenty of dining options nearby. The check-in and check-out process was easy as well. We arrived early and were allowed to do an early check-in with an additional fee that was still quite reasonable. The staff were friendly and very helpful. When our shower had a problem, they fixed it immediately. The kitchen area was also clean, although the equipment was not as complete as at home. However, for us as parents traveling with a toddler, it was very helpful for warming up food and cleaning milk bottles.

The room was very spacious and clean. The bathroom was equally spacious. For the low price, I didn't expect such a nice room. There's also a shared kitchen where you can make coffee and breakfast. Oil and coffee are also provided. Next time I go to Yogyakarta, I'll definitely stay here again.
