The owner is so friendly, really values his customers and makes sure they are well taken care of. I highly recommend Pines Motel.

Everything was very good

Parking felt safe and the manager at the front desk was excellent. He was quick to help us set up the TV and was very friendly while doing so. It was a very pleasant stay.

Staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. Play is a bit older, but clean enough. Bed was comfortable.

Very clean and comfortable. Loved the close parking as well. The innkeeper is very kind and hospitable. The old pipes do make a bit of noise, but nothing too terrible.

Dated but clean. Front desk guy is incredible. My mom was worried because she hadn’t heard from me. We were out hiking and had no service. She called the hotel and he tracked me down and called her back.

Clean room and many shop and restaurant nearby. Stay 3 nights that nice to go around Jasper. Only toiletries not complete... no hairdryer and body soaps and shampoo.. Need to request. If provided with it .. 5 stars.

The property looked a bit rundown. It needed work. The room was pretty good but we had a small bed and we booked a queen bed. We had to walk through a large puddle of water on the second floor walkway that could have been taken care of.

Very clean! Polite staff. I stopped in quick during a long drive and couldn’t have been happier for the price. Will definitely be back during my travels!
