Un hotel de características muy particulares pero muy satisfactorio

The hotel is an old German house, the owners keep a nice vintage decoration, local sculptures, is a very friendly and beauty place to stay in Puerto Varas. This was our second time in this beautiful hotel. The breakfast are great, in the Chilean South tradition.

Staff was very nice and room was clean. It is a good location, close to the center and for those who intend to dine out at restaurants. Very unique building. We found that the room was very small for my wife and I and our luggage and there are no mini-fridge in the room to put your beverages or to refrigerate the food items we bought in the markets, etc. Unfortunately, it was a bit noisy at night because our room was close to a terrace where people stayed up late.

Clean, comfortable, easy checking, nice people, great location

The staff is very courteous and helpful. This is probably one of the most charming hotels we have stayed in. The breakfast was good and is only two blocks from the lake and downtown area.

Everything lovely

It was a real pleasure staying here for 5 nights during our stay in Puerto Varas. The staff were especially helpful and very kind. Very convenient location to the town. The Hotel El Greco is beautifully decorated with vintage memorabilia and historical items. The lobby, dining room, and each of the floors has the feeling of walking through a historical museum. The breakfast was great too! Will most certainly come here again next time we're visiting the Lake Region of wonderful Chile.

Highly recommend this place for vacation stay!

Hotel was unique and well located. Staff were friendly and very accommodating. Rooms are slighty dated and windows could not be closed in full, hence why the room was noisy at times. I was slightly disappointed the room had not been cleaned or tidied up when I came back in the afternoon. Otherwise experience was good and breakfast was decent.

This hotel was very beautiful with a unique/quirky and cosy design. The bed was extremely comfortable and had large windows in the bedroom with beautiful views. Nice hot shower and the bathroom even had under tile heating. Friendly check in staff too. Didn't want to leave

O hotel no geral é bom. Está bem localizado. O café da manhã é fraco, poderia melhorar.

Melhor da acomodação e o ponto. Hotel pitoresco que pode espantar num primeiro momento mas depois fica super aconchegante. Café da manhã muito simples e sem variedade mas atende ao objetivo. Todos os dias o mesmo menu
