Everything was good. Only problem was that the SAtNav ended in a cul-de-sac half a mile short of the hotel

We checked in ok, but when we got to our room, it was already allocated to other guests. Took alittle while to sort another room. Staff were friendly and helpful

Amazing staff member running the hotel when we arrived. He was a total gentleman, helped us with our luggage, very friendly and we felt very welcome. Convenient EV charging, really good room rate, good for family -- nice and quiet etc.

Easy check in clean room I asked for a room with a plug socket next to the bed and to be fair they gave me one so it was my second stay in 3 weeks and excellent all around whenever I go back to Leicster I’m going back to best western Oadby

The room was nicely decorated (recently) & the bed & pillows very comfy. Only thing that let it down was the edging on the desk which had large amounts of laminate wood peeling off. The bathroom was nice & clean with a large shower cubicle but only a “rainfall” type shower head which couldn’t be adjusted (fine if you want to wash your hair too). Staff were friendly, optional continental breakfast had plenty of items to fill up on & coffee machine with a good choice of drinks.

Staff Friendly and Helpful . My Room gets Cleaned every day and is Spotless to a High Standard I am well impressed with this Best Western Oadby I would highly recommend this place and will be back again soon
