Beautiful hotel and a beautiful spot. Dining options were great. The rooms were fantastic.

Staff, location and service was great but the floor was very dirty. Parts of hotel are under construction.

It was a wonderful room but a bit loud. Make sure you bring ear plugs and then it will be a perfect place to stay!

Casa Maka is well located in SLP. Staff is friendly but not very helpful. The place is clean but they have a problem with bed linens. There is a nice cafe next door but the restaurant was very noisy during the day and late night. My room did not have a safe, telephone.

Property was walking distance to a lot of museums, churches, and restaurants. We enjoyed the space and grabbed breakfast from the cafe in the courtyard in the mornings. Would recommend to anyone staying in San Luis Potosi.

Beautiful building and location with a restaurant and coffee shop. The rooms and comfortable and spacious. Great customer service. Walking distance to city center.

Lo recomiendo ampliamente, un hotel boutique que cuida todos los detalles, el diseño de las habitaciónes es increible, las camas estan super comodas y tiene una ubicacion privilegiada justo en el corazon del centro historico. Se ve que intentaron cuidar cada detalle arquitectonico y abajo tienen una barra de coctelería con unos tragos excelentes! 10/10

Hotel is in great location but since the dining room is directly under the rooms the noise is pretty loud. Towards the weekend the music did not stop until after 11:00 PM. Thankfully I had earplugs but I could see feel the music. Water had to run for over a minute or two to get hot water. All that wasted water is not very eco-friendly.

Super clean and super charming hotel! All staff members were friendly. Streets are narrow for driving in the downtown area. Walking becomes the best option to move around. There are so many plazas, colonial buildings restaurants, shops, etc, that it was helpful to find this great hotel so well located. Rooms have heaters which is not mentioned in the amenities but made our stay comfortable.

Casa Maka, la mejor opcion, personal muy amable, la habitacion con mini split, television con netflix, primevideo, etc incluido, suficientes toallas en el baño, la ventana hacia la iglesia excelente, el personal muy amable, aunque es necesario dejar el vehiculo a 2 cuadras en un estacionamiento, sin embargo el personal de ahi tambien muy amable y cuidan bien de los vehiculos. Sin duda regresaria al lugar.

La habitación se veía bien, pero no limpiaron la habitación entre los dos días, la tv no funcionó día y medio y el agua caliente tardaba muchos minutos en salir y enseguida se enfriaba
