I gave a bad rating because: * We pre-paid the hotel reservation, but our car broke on the way to the hotel and no fix was possible until next day, we called the hotelnto let them know and refused to give any dime back.

This property had a great location it was easy and close to the bus stop. You will need to take a cab up to the location because it's in the hill and it is a hard. However the view is fantastic and for what your paying you getting a great deal! the staff was sweet and helpful the call a cab for you. Overall you cannot go wrong staying here you will not find a better location and it better accommendations. The rooms are spacious but the bathrooms are super small and not very clean. The mattresses are hard in the sheets not very clean.

Estacionamos el carro dentro del hotel y al dia siguiente el carro estaba todo chicafo y rayado fe las puertas... La alberca estaba verde, el filtro no servia, el piso del baño sucio, la regadera lleba de sarro . Mala experiencia

Amazing experience rooms are big and comfy the view is spectacular !!! Best hotel in Taxco for sure. Restaurant has good food at a very affordable price. Parking was very safe at all times.

The place has an Amazon view. The staff is attentive and friendly. Its just a $30 peso cab ride from downtown

Breathtaking view of the city. Centrally located. The rooms were beautiful, all with a terrace or balcony. Price was a bargain compared to what we got. Our family trip was fantastic because of this hotel. We will certainly be back!

Gorgeous view. Extremely clean. Main entrance closes at 8:30pm. Calm and quiet atmosphere. The rooms are cool perfect for warm weather days. You might see some insects since there are a lot of plants. Will not recommend the restaurant. Will definitely recommend for the stay. 15 min walk to main part of town. WiFi only accesible in certain areas.

The hotel is clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel has a Taxco rustic colonial look that I think is nice for the area.

This is a property with a great view of downtown Taxco and is within a 15-minute walk; however, it fails on accommodation. We stayed for two nights. The first morning, we did not have hot water in the shower; I reported the issue to the girl who serves at the front desk and she said the hotel had run out of gas. The second morning, we had the same issue, and then the excuse was that the water heater was not working. Also, the bathroom is tiny. If you are over 5'9", you will not fit in the WC. The hotel does not take debit/credit cards at their restaurant and mattresses are not comfortable. I will not come back to this place and it is a shame as the property has lots of potential, including the views, free parking and a restaurant.

The view from the second floor room number 3 has a million dollar view... the down side to this Hotel is that they lock you in after 8:00pm.. You can not take your car out of the parking lot or come in after 8pm... You car is locked in and so are you.. You need to prepare for any after 8pm activities...

Short on staff.. minimal phone plugs. Internet weak and very very slow service..would NOT recommend

This hotel has huge potential, largely unrealized. There is a lack of attention to detail: they provide a fan but the only place to plug it in is behind a 200 kg dresser; there are 2 nice iron chairs on the beautiful terrace with the great view, but they have slat seats and the only way to make them comfortable is by folding the bath towel and sitting on it; if you get back after 8 at night you have to walk up a dark side street and ring a bell, then wait for someone to come eventually to let you in. The view of Taxco is fabulous, and if you only come and go by taxi it will work for you, but if you like to walk out independently you have to descend a VERY STEEP hill into the valley, cross a main road and then climb the steep hill toward the Zocalo -- all doable but be aware before you book. The local area has only a few tiny tiendas for the neighbours, and the hotel has a restaurant that we did not try. Count on at least a half hour hike to the central area of shops and cafes.

Easy walking to centre, a must in Taxco. Large aity room with terrace and spectacular view over Taxco. Poor lighting and no electric outlets to charge phone etc.

No pude hospedarme ahí hablé para confirmar mi reservación y resulta que no tenían mi reservación que disque porque ya no tenían convenio con la aplicación de Expedia así que si planeas reservar por ese medio NO LO HAGAS yo tuve que conseguir otro lugar

Lastima que una propiedad tan bonita, no la mantengan al día en mantenimiento. Fue muy regular mi experiencia: - El hotel cambió la reserva original. Me informaron que solo trabajaban con efectivo y transferencia, y ya no trabajan con la plataforma (Hoteles.com) - La entrada por recepción solo se permite de 10pm a 7am. (En el día hay que entrar dos cuadras abajo, por el restaurante) - Maté dos cucarachas la 1a noche, informé a recepción y solo me pasaron un incepticida. - La ducha dañada - No hay extensión hacia recepción, hay que bajar hasta recpción para pedir o informar algún tema. - Colchon muy viejo, y cortinas transparentes Con una propiedad tan bonita y bien ubicada, si acualizan el mobiliario, hacen mantenimiento podría ser un muy buen hotel.

Es un Hotel muy bonito y cómodo, la habitación estaba muy limpia y segura. La comida del restaurante económica y deliciosa . Definitivamente nos volveremos a hospedar ahí .
