We had 3 separate rooms. Excellent for me and my 3 buddies. There wasn’t a clear place to park.

Very clean and safe newer building with security desk. Very easy check-in check-out. Residence beds so plastic covered and not as comfortable as many hotels, but clean and the value for price is great.

We really enjoyed our 4 night stay here. The kids loved the arcade games, table football and the lego room and we enjoyed the fitness centre. We had 4 bedrooms for a family of six and this gave us lots of room. Everything was new and clean and the staff were lovely and helpful. The location was great - we used the 510 streetcar a lot - and the metro isn’t far away either. The beds were a bit strange - very high up - and the sheets weren’t fitted and slid off the bed with the slightest movement so I kept having to remake the beds - there’s no maid service. We had a kitchen but with no pots, pans or cutlery we weren’t able to make use of it. Overall, we had a great time though and would stay there again.

The beds are not comfort at all. We did not have a good nights sleep the entire time. Also we had to pay for all nights when we checked in. Never done that anywhere else.

The view from this property is phenomenal. We arrived from an early flight and requested early check-in – at first, they were unsure if they would be able to provide that for us but by 1:30 we had contacted CampusOne and were told our room was ready. The building is seconds away from the streetcar which takes you right downtown, and even down the block there are many different store fronts and places to eat and explore. It was super awesome to stay in a residence which had air conditioning especially with the hot temperatures in the Toronto area. One critique about the room that could easily be fixed is providing more towels / facecloths for guests staying more than one night. The breakfast was also great, with a wide variety of choices as well as being able to go back and get more. My only critique would be to start breakfast a bit earlier for people who want an earlier start for their day / catching a morning flight and having to get to the airport earlier for check-in / security. Overall extremely impressed with this property and we would stay here again when we visit.

I loved the set up. Our family was able to stay in one place with separate bedrooms. Breakfast was fantastic. The only complaint I have which is minor was that several tables were empty but hadn’t been cleaned. So we had to wander around for a clean one

Beautiful, clean, spacious, new, modern looking, staff was great.. loved it! The only reason why I didn't rate all 5 was that the bed mattress was ok, but better than most dorm room mattress. No blow dryer in the room, but you can borrow one from front desk, which is 24/7.

This is a student dorm and not a typical hotel. Don't expect any room amenities. It's clean and spacious but nothing more than to sleep in. Reception was kind and helpful. The area around is a cheap version of Chinatown but if you exit the hotel and walk to the right for 15 min you will see a better area.

Fun to stay in a high-rise dorm right near/on the Univ. of Toronto campus, but the room's bedding is pretty industrial/institutional (no mattress pads? yuck. Rooms very clean, but cold/sterile and low ceilings/concrete cells. Some very noisy, running guests in hallways at night. Great location and very good breakfast included.

Great alternative option to hotels, with lots of facilities and services to use! For the price, it is a steal!!! Location is awesome, right next to Chinatown/Kensington, lots of food and pub options, also a quick walk to Queens Park station. Downtown area is only 20 min walk, no need to transit! Rooms are simple, but very clean. Showers can be hit and miss, but does the job. The beds are high so it might be harder to get on for elderly or dangerous for young children. Beds are harder than I would’ve liked, but had decent sleep! Do keep in mind that the area has heavy traffic, the noise from streetcars, the honkings and sirens will be heard throughout the night (my room was on 21st floor too)! Breakfast is decent, the typical continental breakfast style. Overall I would book again since the price is reasonable and location is great!!! Remember to bring own hairdryer though, they don’t provide!

This is a college dorm, not a hotel. If you are looking for something swanky with tea and coffee in the room with big fluffy towels, this isn't for you. If you are looking for a very clean room, clean bathroom, living space, are able to go downstairs to buy your own coffee, park your own car (off premises), just over a mile off the lake front, at a great price, this is most definitely for you. We had a dorm with 4 double rooms, two bathrooms, and a large living space - perfect! Be sure to go to the 25th floor to check out the views.

Need irons in all rooms, and ironing boards. Not hold a persons Identification as collateral. Other than that, a great place to stay
