The place is clean and the people is amazing. We stayed when the weather was rainy and cold and we had hard time to get one blanket ( we got only one blanket for two people, who booked two separate beds) . I understand that most of the year is hot but when is cold is not possible to sleep without a blanket

The room they gave us was on a busy street. And a dog barked all night.

Good option to stay and rest. I stayed just one night, and all was good. Satisfied.

Es fácil de llegar y bien ubicado. Descansamos muy bien. Sería excelente si incluyeran el desayuno dentro del precio, por que la verdad si está alta la tarifa. De ahí en fuera, sería nuestro hotel favorito si estuviera un poquitoas económico. Muchas gracias.

I didn't like the fact there was not response from the hotel regarding my request to cancellation due to the passing of my mother my travel plans were impacted, and San Jose didn't response to Expedia's attempts for the refund.

El estacionamiento es en la calle pero pueden cuidar tu vehículo.

Paredes delgadas y propiedad ubicada en mal lugar para descansar; temprano se oía ruido de gallo, portazos y gente hablando.

Falta estacionamiento

Muy lindas instalaciones, el personal muy amable, excelente trato y servicio.

La habitación impecable, buena ubicación
