Clean, simple and great location, great value compared to others in the area, great staff and reception, would stay again.

No coffee in rooms and lobby coffee was vert bad. Basic, no frills but cute.

It's a small very clean and beautiful hotel. The staff is very friendly. They don't have a restaurant or room service, but they have a little coffe area.

Very clean hotel within walking distance to Centro. My room was very clean, comfortable and the bed was great!! But the staff were exceptional!! The young lady, believe her name was Liz and the young man who both worked in reception were fantastic. They both went above and beyond in helping me. I was more than pleased with the customer service they gave me!!

Comfortable beds. Free coffee, tea and cookies available at entrance. Comfortable sitting area at entrance. Within walking distance of many restaurants and beautiful church. Friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are not air conditioned. The window in our room faced the interior which enabled air movement brought in through the open entrance to the street. I loved the quaint appearance of the interior of the hotel.

Nice family friendly. Near downtown and secure

I liked the modern design of the room and the common areas. I did not like the lack of a chair on which to sit in the room. I did not like the thin polyester(?) towels. It takes many minutes for hot water in the shower - as a result a lot of clean water goes down the drain. There is no dedicated parking. One day we had to park on the street in the next block.

new construction and very nice; clean lines and open hall/stair. no outside windows is inconvenient, but there's no view from this street anyway. staff were friendly, helpful, and efficient.

Hotel was really close from downtown

The hotel is nice but it's way too noisy. You can hear what every other guest does plus there is a lot of noise coming from the street. The rooms don't have air conditioning nor fans so they can get quite warm. The rooms do have windows but they face the corridor and that worsens the noise problem.

I wish they have heater. It was extremely cold at night. Overall great experience, staff very helpful. Property extremely clean and unique decoration.

Really clean and modern hotel just a couple blocks away from main plaza. I would definitely recommend.
