Staff/Micky was so friendly and welcoming. This is the first time I’m staying at a hostel and I find this place very quiet and calming. Though there’s a common area with TV on the first floor, I didn’t see anyone using it. The private room I got was a bit smaller and outdated than expected but it was enough for me. Bed was comfy, water pressure in the shower was nice, and air con worked fine. It was a minor inconvenient that there wasn’t an outlet close to the bed but there were two close to the desk. I had checked with the staff about hair dryer and was told that there wasn’t one in every room so I brought my own. Location was perfect and close to everything. I felt very safe there and I went out running everyday along the river including early morning.

Basic accommodations, location is perfect for exploring the city center. Staff very kind and helpful.

The elevator was not working. No phone in the room. No glasses on the bathroom to tonse your mouse or drink some water. The next day no one came to do the room or offered clean dry towels. The walls in the room and hallways are flaky and falling off and the bathroom had mold.

The stay was good. Be careful of the lift! I got stuck in the lift for well over an hour and had to call the lift servicing company myself to get someone to come get me. Even though 24h reception is advertised, I was constantly ringing the help button which loudly alarmed through the whole building, no one came to help me or check and see what happened. Eventually the technician arrived and when I got out, the receptionist arrived and was surprised I had been trapped for so long even though I was ringing the loud bell. This caused me to miss out on spending one of my evenings out exploring. The check in and check out staff were helpful and let me leave my bag to explore for a few hours before returning to the airport. The room was as described and matched the photos and clean. Very thin walls so could hear anyone coming into or out of the place and hear anybody talking outside. The location is very good. Less than 10 minute walk to Setas, about 15 minute walk to La Giralda, Cathedral and Real Alcázar. Approx. 35 minute walk to Plaza de Espana. Around 15 minute walk from shuttle bus to and from airport. Lots of restaurants, bars and shops around, good nightlife around and near to venue. Overall a good venue but avoid the lift to be safe!

Staff were amazing. We had an en suite and it was fab. Location was great. Will definitely return.

Staff and check in friendly and helpful. Condition of room is lacking, the shower is very small and there is only one plug socket in the main room. Toilet paper provided in bathroom is not a roll and is of low quality

I really enjoyed my one week stay in this hotel. The staff was so kind, the room was clean and the location of the hotel is so near the center. Everything was perfect.

Good location and price. Free coffee and tea machine. The bad: Ants in room and bathroom. Broken shower head. AC was weak but functional.
