Great property to staff and close to plaza and shopping centers. Clean room and wonderful staff.

This was my FOURTH time staying at this property. Already miss the staff. They were all so helpful. I really appreciated the housekeeping staff being pleasant and courteous, and extremely welcoming and helpful.

Close to restaurants and clothes stores

I would like to mention, the room cleaning was ok. No 100% clean, I found large black hairs on the floor in different parts of the room. All the others was fine. Thank you.

Excelente servicio, llegamos temprano y sin tener que preguntar la recepcionista nos ofreció entrada inmediata al cuarto lo cual fue muy conveniente ya que otros hoteles tenemos que rogar o pagar extra por ese servicio! El hotel está cotizado en el mero centro del pueblo y rodeado de todas las amenidades.

Centrally located to the main plaza & everything was walkable within the town of Zapotlanejo

great location and beautiful!

The hotel interior looks really nice. The room was big and confortable and the staff was really friendly. The only bad thing thay we encountered was a very unpleasant oddor in the bathroom. Everhoug it looked clean, the small was comparable to draining issues. Other than that ot was not bad, acutally the room was well decorated and pristine.

Great hotel !

We stayed for one night and were pleasantly surprised to have treats and free water bottles left for us. As well, it was nice to have real glasses and coffee cups instead of plastic. We were right downtown and it was interesting to tour Centro. We used and enjoyed the rooftop pool but regretted the bar wasn’t open. The large terrace has a beautiful open space with comfortable furniture and lovely views of the city and surrounding hills. The hotel was convenient to restaurants. Parking was underground and very reasonable. The hotel was very modern with a pleasing design.
