Right on the beach in a quiet little fishing village. Clean and comfortable. Run by the owner, Lisa, you will be made to feel welcome immediately. Most of the locals like Lisa, so telling people youre staying at her hotel gets you access to the other beach clubs and a little special treatment! We had a hard time finding airport transportation from Tulum, but call Lisa and she will help you out.

Tina gave us such exceptional service. She knew everything about the location and was extremely helpful. I’m definitely going back.

Great location and view and the owner, Tina was a wonderful host and very helpful. We would stay their again for sure. Lovely town.

We loved the mini pool on the roof where we could watch the cruise ships come and go. There is a stretch of beach right in front of the property which was for the use of the hotel. The owner was wonderfully kind and hospitable. Thanks!

My second visit. A great place to stay.

We really enjoyed our week at the Caballo Blanco. The hotel was very comfortable and was right on the beach and the malecon making it very convenient. Thanks to Tina who was a most gracious host and dealt with any issues quickly and professionally. She was also a wealth of great information and recommendations. We felt very much at home. If/when we return to Mahahual we will definitely stay at the Caballo Blanco again.

Tina and her Caballo Blanco Resort is one of the best kept secrets in Majahual. She keep her Hotel and Beach areas immaculate, and she’s located very central to various restaurants, cafes, and bakery’s. We stayed 9 days, and it went by way too fast. Many Thanks to Tina, for providing an unforgettable experience.

This is a great little spot on a fairly busy walking street of shops and restaurants. The building is safe and clean and the rooms are large and comfortable. The host Tina is lovely welcoming and helpful. The street can be quite loud with music booming but thankfully not too early and not too late. And the pool isnt really a pool but rather just for putting your feet in. It could be much nicer but i understand there just isnt the staff to worry about this at the moment. Overall really nice place and i would definitely stay again

The Proprietor is very friendly and the location is excellent. Mahahual has not yet been developed by international hotel chains. This property is well managed, clean, friendly -- one of the best properties in the area. I recommended it highly and will continue to stay here during future visits.

The location of El Caballo Blanco was perfect. Right on the beach and next to everything you’d need. It was clean, and Tina was super-helpful with recommendations for everything (diving company for kids, food, etc). Fantastic stay!

Hotel El Caballo Blanco is our favorite place to stay at Mahahual Beach. We have been to Mahahual a number of times and now we find ourselves wanting to only stay at this hotel. It is convenient to everything there is to do at this beautiful location. Plus, the hotel itself is very clean with nice roomy beds and showers. Fresh linens and other amenities are supplied. There is even a pharmacy connected to the hotel in case you are in need of any forgotten items. The owner is very personable, knowledgeable, and attentive. She knows all the good spots to keep you active and entertained - just ask! We will return there again for sure😘

This is a beautiful property right on the malecon so very little motorized traffic. We loved our room which overlooked the bay. Had coffee on the balcony every morning and watched the sunrise. The fishing and swimming were great right in front of the property. Tons of dining options nearby and Tina, the property owner, was fantastic with lots of suggestions and recommendations.
