I appreciated the safe and clean parking lot, and the room was clean as well. However, the shower head had very low water pressure and could definitely use replacing. The dispensers for body wash and shampoo didn’t work at all. The bed was large but extremely hard and uncomfortable, which made it tough to get any rest. We ended up cutting our stay short. While the staff was friendly and helpful, I wouldn’t stay here again.

Nice, clean facility with modern amenities, including internet access. It's in the middle of Torreon, so, if you do mind journeying into the center of the city ... it's a nice place to stay.

I enjoyed my stay

We only stayed one night but this is an awesome boutique hotel in a safe downtown location. We would recommend as well, we would stay there again.

Nice small hotel. I don’t care about fancy, just clean, safe and affordable. Nice folks, friendly and accommodating. A bit off the beaten path, but as I had business in Lerdo, worked well. Neat little rustic restaurant about 2 blocks away, near the 7-11.

Es un Hotel pequeño, pero cumple muy bien con su objetivo, hotel a muy buen precio con lo necesario para una noche de descanso , son cuartos pequeños , las camas cómodas , desayuno continental razonable.

La gente del hotel muy atenta

El Hotel está bien ubicado sin embargo hay mucho ruido y fue difícil poder descansar en la noche. El personal de limpieza empieza a trabajar a las 5 de la mañana y pone música nos tocó oír como dos huéspedes adicionales le dijeron que se callara. La llave de la habitación no servía entonces teníamos que estar pidiendo que nos abrieran el cuarto lo cual era algo incómodo para nosotros

Camas muy comodas un poco apretado el espacion pero rodo bien

La reserva fue para mi familia, peto quedaron muy contentos con el hotel y el servicio.

Excelente, gran servicio y personal muy amable. Solo los dispensadores de jabón no servían, pero en lo demás estuvo muy bien

El hotel está excelente, solo si el desayuno continental no es variado pero por el precio que se paga por noche se entiende
