The personal in the hotel are very friendly they give us recommendation of activities that we can make around there. I love the balcony having breakfast in the morning was perfect.

Staff was helpful and friendly but I did not see any mention of being across the street from a night club whose music was as loud as they could get it and it went on until 3:30 AM. It started on Thursday, then Friday and I checked out Sat for another hotel even though I was booked for 2 more nights

They were extremely nice! They told us where to go, hours, times and even activities to do around town. We met the owner and she was great as well as the gentleman that cares for the property at night, GREAT JOB!

It was ok for the money The hot water was very little WiFi didn't stay connected Best thing was your a block from gardine! Lots of good things there !!

I paid more money for the balcony, but the website didn't describe, and the cleaning should be improved, it was not cleaning

Too bad I can't upload a photo. But the shower hot faucet had a sign that read: "wait 5 to 10 minutes" Cannot believe this--what a water waste!!! Property owners should deal with this! It's immoral to allow such waste!

Very nice stay. Great location. Angie on reception was very helpful. Great value for money.

It was convenient to center

1. Me encontré con pelos (varios) en la cama al momento de llegar a la habitación. 2. El ruido en fin de semana por la noche hace imposible (sin exageración) poder dormir en toda la noche. Enfrente del lugar hay un antro el cual cerró hasta las 4am, el personal de dicho antro se la sigue en la calle hasta las 5:30am con el volumen a todo de un coche con bajos lo cual hace temblar las ventanas. 3. No se menciona antes o al reservar que no se aceptan tarjetas AMEX. Si quieres al menos dormir y limpieza no es el lugar adecuado ya que puedes encontrar mejores lugares por igual o menor precio.

Basic hotel but very clean and in an excellent location 1 block from the town square. Hotel doesn’t have its own parking lot but we were able to park on the street right outside without issue. Great value for the price.

great place for the price

No me gusto que no me apoyaron cuando llegue a dejar mi equipaje con ellos , y también no me gusto que mintieron en que tenían estacionamiento gratis no es verdad , el hotel en general esta bonito y el cuarto también .

The hotel is small and cozy. Location was great! My room was small but I knew it was going to be. The bed was a little dirty(comforter) some hair and some type of dirty but I didn’t use that to cover me. The shower water pressure was almost not there lol it was funny because I’m used to feel like I’m under a waterfall when I’m taking a shower but you just have to work with it. The people at the front desk very friendly. I think there is a club close by because I heard the music late at night but that wasn’t a big deal. They have a beautiful terrace that for some reason no one takes advantage of, it was a nice view. They close the doors around 10:30-11 pm but you can just ring the doorbell for them to let you in. Overall it was a nice stay.

This property is a good budget option for a stay in Valle de Bravo. Hotel has a perfect location. You can walk everywhere, to the center, restaurants, shore. Hotel staff is friendly. My only discomfort was no air conditioning in the room. It was quite hot inside. Other than that I recommend this hotel to those who does not want to spend over $100 per night.

This hotel is off the main thoughofare and not walking distance close to the abundant shops and restaurants situated in more heavily trafficked areas. That being said I found a taco bar on the corner only a few meters from the hotel for dinner and it was good. Across the street from the taco bar is a hotel/restaurant I found for breakfast and it was excellent. The staff provided me a room with a balcony over the street. I liked the balconey and sat outside for a couple of hours drinking beer which I purchased at the store right next to the hotel. The room itself was a typical of local accommodations. Clean, fairly comfortable, full size bed, and no heat or air conditioning. Plenty of blankets for the cool night but I am not sure about hot summer nights. The not so hot water in the shower took a long time to heat up and never got hot. It was pleasant but if you enjoy a hot shower like I do then you will be disappointed. There was some street noise but that was to be expected. I sleep in a king size bed so downsizing to a full size bed takes some getting used to and since most people travel in couples this is something to consider. All in all not bad for the price. Yes, I would stay again if I was once again alone.

Nice simple clean one block from the plaza, perfect for the price

I have never felt so unwelcomed as a guest. We checked in for 3 nights. The first night was nice, the evening clerk gave us a nice room with a nice terrace (#9). However, the following morning, the (owner?) asked us "are you checking out? what room are you in?" We told her #9 and no, and she said "we have to move you because you didn't pay for this room". We were pretty sure we did... we were heading out to breakfast and she made us pack our things and move immediately to check other guests in at 12. She forced us to move to an inferior room (#15, without a terrace or windows), claiming that "we paid for a cheaper room". There are 2 room options: single (1 bed) or double (2 beds). We paid for a single and thought maybe there was an option with the terrace so didn't argue at that time and moved, forcibly, to room 15. However, I checked the website, and the room we paid for is the SAME room that we stayed in! The evening clerk called the owner to ask, and she said "no they were always in the other unit" (#15). He checked the guest book and it showed that we were indeed in #9. She lied to him as well as to us. Whatever I think of the location and hotel itself doesn't matter. I will never stay there again nor recommend anyone else stay there if they value guest service, even a little bit.
