There was nothing unique about the property. The size of the suite was tiny. The beds were uncomfortable. The service was non-existent since I had to go to the office for more towels and linens. The pool was very far from the room.

Amazing

Bed was so uncomfortable,no night bed stand,jacuzzi was Luke warm on a cold windy day.If you have no car is about 30 minutes walking to the main town.Beach view is only from the rooftop.

Need better signage or instructions to find it. Elegant apartment, but the beds do not match the quality. Kind staff, incredibly clean and great for the value!

Clean, safe, quiet

It's modern, clean but the bed was so hard my back aches and could sleep. I would give it a 5 star but the suite was so small it reminded me of a tiny house

My Main disappointment was.MATTRESS ARE terrible my back was hurting for 3 days And their no control at night people partying finally someone told them to be quiet a round 1:30 in the morning midnight.EL LUGAR ESTA BONITO PERO EL COLCHÓN DE LO PEOR NO CONTROL EN LA NOCHE MUCHO RUIDO HASTA LA UNA DOS DE LA MAÑANA NO ME GUSTO

No bar on the property. Plenty of bars and food within a short distance.

Armando whom checked us in was amazing! We loved the area the ocean is less than a 5 minute walk it’s beautiful scene from the terrace with jacuzzi’s and grills! Room great size for 2 people. Will return.

We had a little confusion because we had a hard time finding the place. It is not well marked and the pictures online show some pics of a place they are no longer using. So at first we thought it didn't exist as advertised on hotel.com. But once we found it a day later we saw that the hotel does exis. It is very nice, has all the amenities and staff is very friendly and communicable. There is a very nice view from the roof and it is very clean. I recommend staying there if one is in San Carlos.

We enjoyed our stay! It was a bit noisy on the holiday weekend, but it was quiet afterwards. The shower leaked onto the bathroom floor. Apparently, the shower needs caulking. Overall, a nice vist. We will see you again in May. Thank you!

La vista al mar desde la habitación es increíble. Me relajé tanto con ese paisaje. Las habitaciones y el servicio son muy buenas. Muy buen un lugar para quedarse

Fantastic receptionist! Studio with balcony and view of the sea was greatly appreciated! The beach is rocky, the pool area is lovely. The rooftop offers great views plus 2 hot tubs and barbecue areas. Highly recommend to have a car to enjoy the sandy public beach nearby and to pick up groceries.
