The hotel is a convenient stop half way between Sao Paulo and Belo Horizonte. It is clean and next to a mall to have dinner. But there were problems with the room. The TV and air conditioner did not work.

The Ibis hotel in Pouso Alegre is a great place to stay. It is close to the highways and the shopping center. The staff are attentive and the building is clean, modern, and has good security. There are protocols in place for a safe and virus free environment. The only reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 is because the mattress was extremely (too) firm.

A cidade é muito fria e simplesmente disponibizam lençois finos nos quartos. Quando pedi algo mais quente, tive que buscar na recepção um cobertor de péssima qualidade que me fez sentir frio.

The staff were professional and efficient with the check in process. The breakfast set up great for the covid times in which we are living. The hotel is conveniently located near the main highway and also a nice shopping mall. One thing that could be improved would be to include face/hand towels in the rooms. To include only bath towels is awkward.

Great stay, excellent WiFi and location. With location on the mall property there was also access to a food court and shopping.

We were disappointed by the long checkout process, especially since we have stayed at this hotel many times previously. The staff was, however, very friendly. The facilities are clean and the wifi is excellent. Those who prefer firm mattresses will be extremely happy, while those who prefer a softer mattress might be disappointed. The hotel is conveniently located next to a shopping mall, which has a food court and a movie theater.

The staff was friendly and check in was fairly quick. The rooms are bright with a/c and lots of storage area. The wifi is excellent. We appreciated the option to have freshly scrambled eggs with our breakfast. Be prepared to bring your own hand or face towels and appliances that use 220 volts. The hotel is conveniently located next to a shopping center with restaurants and a movie theater. Great place to stay.

Very clean hotel, traveling to B Horezonte, stopped on our way.

The check in process was very quick and the personnel at the counter were very friendly, as were those who took our orders for breakfast. The Zi hotel offered omelettes with a variety of ingredients to choose from, and they were delicious. The manager of the hotel room time to greet and welcome guests to the hotel. We will be back.

We enjoyed our stay. We noticed right away by the decor that it was definitely a hotel for millennials. The lighting in the rooms was great for studying. The breakfast was super as well. The internet was super. We were able to get online and work with ease. In the past we have had difficulty finding a hotel in the city with high speed internet that functioned well.

Hotel mto bom, cafe da manhã completo, staff mto cordial, limpeza excelente, decoracao do quarto bem bonitinha. Qdo voltar a essa regiao certamente me hospedarei no hotel.

Hotel ao lado do shopping o que facilita muito.

Hotel bom, equipe super-atenciosa; Era anteriormentr um Ibis Styles, então a arquitetura e decoração tem aquela cara fria e barata de Ibis; O café-da-manhã surpreende positivamente pela variedade (que, reconheçamos, nunca é problema no Ibis) e um capricho diferente, especialmente no pães e biscoitos; talvez seja o toque mineiro rs O que chama a atenção é a localização: fica dentro do terreno de um shopping, como tantos outros Ibis, mas o shopping é extremamente mal localizado - fica longe da cidade, próximo a um entroncamento rodoviário, então pra ir e vir fica um pouco na contramão... o próprio shopping, numa sexta à noite, estava deserto... Mesmo assim, o shoppinh acaba sendo uma opção de supermercado, compras e refeições durante a estadia... mas limitado ao horário do shopping... :-(

Hotel muito bom, quartos modernos e equipe muito gentil. Localização no shopping bem conveniente. Somente atentar ao serviço de arrumação, pois em uma das diárias não foi feito e o quarto ficou sem limpeza e organização.
