Everything was amazing and the service

I absolutely loved Vivanti the room was beautiful, food and drinks amazing. The view is breathtaking, the only thing I’d say is to be careful getting in and out of the jacuzzi in the Deluxe room since there is no step into. Other than that I loved it and I will definitely be going back

Wonderful staff and the Property is Beautiful.

The place is nice, food is great but unfortunately our didn’t have an a/c unit, which made it difficult to sleep at nite.

The presidential suite was amazing wonderful views from the panoramic windows. Opening the sliding doors and being in the jacuzzi was a wonderful experience. The complementary breakfast was a full meal, I wasn’t expecting it to be so great. Just one bad thing the road to get to the resort is pretty bad and some part no road just dirt road. Other than that, that was the only bad thing about the resort. I will definitely be coming back and stay little longer then I did.

Very gorgeous hotel. Unfortunately they don’t have a GYM or Fitness Area. Hopefully they build a nice one.

The experience was phenomenal. My wifey & I took our first trip after a decade and decided to stay over Vivanti Resort. The property was safe , accommodation & customer service A , I was surprised that AC was not part of the facility due to the wonderful weather with the Mother Nature, after all wasn’t necessary. It is an adult only hotel. I don’t recommend nobody to come with kids or minor. The pool area was great as well , but not for kids at all. Overall definitely in the future we can choose Vivanti as one of our Goto places in Guatape , Medellin.

Beautiful surroundings , nice pool and hot water jacuzzi. Room was spacious with a TV and balcony with hammock. Jet skis, boat trips available upon request for a fee

It is the most amazing hotel/resort in the Medellin area. It's now our favorite get-away spot. It is highly recommended.

El lugar es hermoso, la vista es maravillosa desde la habitación, pero me dio la impresión que su estándar de limpieza es muy bajo, el jacuzi estaba sucio, las sábanas y almohadas olían mal y el servicio no es tan bueno, Daniel, un increíble recepcionista igual que Alejandro mesero, de resto no me llevo una súper experiencia, la comida tampoco estaba muy buena recibí un corte de carne amargo porque estaba quemado y en el almuerzo me salió u cabello en la pasta. No volvería.

La habitación no estaba para nada buena, las cortinas no funcionaban y teníamos mucha luz en los ojos, el aire acondicionado nunca funcionó, y echaba agua todo el tiempo que mojaba la cama, y era imposible dormir. el agua del Jacuzzi estaba sucia, habían muchos mosquitos en la habitación y hormigas. No recomiendo este hotel para vacaciones.
