Room was very dirty. No hot water. Lots of noise at 4 AM made it doffi

Staff was friendly- you are not able to bring food from outside and in two occasions I had to shower with cold water. After letting the water run for a while trying to see if water will warm up the water started to come out brown.

This is our second year staying here, it’s quiet and well kept! The pool area has been renovated since we were last here. The service at the restaurant is always good, delicious food! We'll definitely keep coming back here when we’re in Valles

Hotel no como esperaba mucho ruido después de las 9 de la noche ponían música muy fuerte y también no tienen elevador la comida buena pero es poco recomendable saludos

Cuartos amplios y limpios

Really bad experience. First night there was a loud party next door and we couldn’t fall to sleep, they move us to a different room but the sewer smell was terrible. No hot water, no elevator really bad experience.

Great location, staff are amazing. Will say for the area and the rooms are great for eating breakfast, then doing your tours and returning to relax and grab dinner at the hotel, or near bye location.

My reservation change when we arrived there then last day was to noisy .I want to say thank you to Josè Luis who helped with the problem.

The hotel was fine the problem was your website says the waterfall is a 1 minute walk that is not true..it was a 35min drive

Tranquilo y buen servicio de cafetería

Todo muy bien.

El internet prácticamente no sirvió, batallé muchísimo con ello. El baño no tiene respiración al menos en la habitación en la que me tocó y por lo tanto se encerraba mucho el calor. Pero en todo lo demás, atención, restaurante y alberca muy bien y eso me hizo sentir con ganas de volver a visitar este buen hotel.

Las camas con colchones muy corrientes y las bases parecen hechizas de muy mal material porque con cualquier movimiento truenan, si solo con voltearte suena. Se escuchan las pisadas del piso superior y sus blancos ya empiezan a verse viejos.

El personal muy amable, la habitación cómoda y muy limpia, excelente ubicación,en general muy bien, solo que a unos pasos está un antro y la música suena como si estuviera en la habitación y dejan de tocar como hasta las 4 de la mañana (me tocó un sábado ahí)

Habitación pequeña, no hay suficientes lugares para estacionarse. El servicio para café solo era para una persona, podría mejor ese aspecto.

algo mas , el ruido excesivo.estridencia , algarabia y bulla ,no permiten descansar , ademas el precio , cuando llegue recepcion menciono un costo menor al que pague por expedia.
