GREAT PLACE !!! GREAT STAFF !!!

Great place...clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. Kitchen has everything you need for cooking. Only thing is TVs are a little confusing, especially for elder adults. They're smart TV's with Aps, easy for Netflix, Amazon, etc., but can't really watch live local TV.

Great place to stay with your family. Location is awesome!

The room in general was fine, but the bathroom was awful. Not sure why the owners won’t spend a little money, redo the tile walls and floor. It doesn’t cost a lot. They should probably refinish the wood floors in the main bedroom area too. Pictures looked a lot better than the actual condition of the room. Location was pretty good. Close to a lot of good restaurants. But no convenience, stores nearby. The host was fine and kept in good communication.

The apartment itself is nice and it is in a beautiful walkable area of Polanco with a ton of restaurants, coffee, shops, and stores however, be aware that there is no Airconditioner! We came in May and it was extremely hot in the room. Other than that, we had a wonderful stay.

Extraordinary housing choice. When planning our trip to CDMX we were worried about safety, and thought perhaps a hotel reservation would be better, but we had zero concerns the whole week. The apartment was impeccably clean, newly furnished, very comfortable, quiet. 24 hr doorman, elevator. We walked out to eat or explore multiple times daily. Palanco has many extraordinary food choices, and is close to the park, the famed anthropology museum, and many other sites of interest. Uber in CDMX is quick, safe, and reliable. Loved having an apartment with kitchenette, two bedrooms, two bathrooms- much better than a hotel. Also, Capitalia was very responsive with the only problem we encountered- room door code didn't work when we arrived- but they had us inside the apartment within a matter of minutes via a responsive WhatsApp chat. We would stay there again in a heartbeat!

清潔で過ごしやすい

La limpieza la hicieron recién el tercer día y por qué se lo pedimos nosotros. Al igual que las toallas. Sino las pido el tercer día seguimos con las mismas.

NO CONTABA CON ENERGÍA ELÉCTRICA !!!

Todo estuvo muy bien. Check in express, el departamento estaba listo y limpio cuando llegamos. Si nos quedaríamos nuevamente cuando regresemos a Polanco. Fui por un concierto en el auditorio nacional y está literal a 8 min caminando.

Fue complicado porque se escuchaba mucho ruido de las otras habitaciones, estaban trabajando en el edificio desde muy temprano, lo que generaba ruido y no dejaba descansar, no valió la pena lo que pagué por lo que recibí, tampoco había bote de basura en la habitación

Excelente lugar, super recomendado.

Nos gustó nuestra estancia en la propiedad, solo tengo dos observaciones, la puerta de acceso cerraba bien pero el seguro inferior de la puerta no funcionaba, y para el café no había sustituto de leche o crema. El resto del lugar está excelente.
