Convenient Location cute hotel very nice staff good restaurant

Property is beautiful. The staff is friendly and helpful. Accommodations are very nice. Location is terrific. Wonderful small hotel.

This is the perfect hotel for a couple visiting Copenhagen. The Kastellet and its park are right across the street, lovely for a morning or after dinner stroll. It is a beautiful property, with delightful staff. Fantastic breakfast. Walking distance to almost all the important city sites. We highly recommend it!

Stayed here for 3 nights. This was rated by our family the best lodging section for our 2 week trip. I like the boutique vibe here. Our room was spacious (I booked a larger suite for 3 of us) and the designer bathtub offered a blissful relief from walking nearly 30k steps a day. There is both a bathtub and a shower room in the bathroom. Breakfast was not fancy but each item was very tasty, which I appreciate, in that there isn't much waste yet everything was delicious. There is a small supermarket directly across the street, which is immensely convenient. There is a large park directly across the hotel as well, for people who enjoys a morning walk/run. This place made such a great start for our 2 week trip!

Too many wonderful things to mention about this hotel! It was cozy and luxurious. The facilities incredibly thoughtful and intentional and the staff was so kind and helpful. What a delightful stay, I will be back to be back to a Guldsmeden hotel, for sure.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Babette Guldsmeden. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. When we arrived early, they did everything they could to get us in for an early check-in. The room was very comfortable, the breakfast buffet was delicious, the bar was comfortable and cozy and the views from our room were fabulous. The hotel is located to nearby restaurants and sites - either within walking distance or bus/metro. We would recommend a stay here - you will not be disappointed. Thank you to the staff!

Absolutely beautiful. Great location, amenity and friendly atmosphere

I visit Copenhagen often for work and this was my first unpleasant experience. In room 420 the bed is a large 4 poster bed, but it had 2 single mattresses. These 2 mattresses each had a massive dip in the middle which made it impossible to sleep in the middle of the bed or on your front or side. I ended up sleeping sideways at the foot of the bed. The floors are made of wood which means you can hear the room above very clearly when they walk around. The room above me woke up before 6am so it was not my lucky day. The Sauna costs (I think) 299 extra for guests and was only available between 17:00-22:00, so I was unable to attend. Service is good and the fish restaurant and breakfast was nice. Just not the place to get a good nights sleep.

The hotel is amazing, it is a treasure of object, furniture and fixtures from different periods and origins. It actually pushes you to ‘explore’ by fear of missing something. Amenities are top notch. Restaurant is great.
