Clean property super close to everything, host is very helpful and responsive.

The host canceled my booking one day before checking in. It cost me more money to try to find a place at the last minute. I was so upset. :(

The room is very clean and well furnished with washing machine, coffee and some nice chocolates. AC and Wi-Fi work fine. I had some technical issues with the chat in Expedia so I couldn't receive the instructions to pick up the key and the fob from the box. I called the hotel staff and they were very helpful. Problem was resolved a few minutes later. I would certainly come back and I recommend it.

The unit was clean, well laid out, all the pieces needed to enjoy the stay were readily available. The only piece I think would be more desirable is if there was a second Fob to get into the building to allow for 2 guests to come more easily. But that was the only a minor issue.

The unit was spacious, well-kept, and gorgeous! I was completely satisfied with the unit itself, the amenities offered, and the location in Montréal. It is right next to this really good restaurant/bar called Makāo's that offers a discount for staying with Rozenhaus. 10/10 would stay again!

We really enjoyed our ladies trip stay at this property. We booked the Presidential suite which had 2 bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living room, ideal for kids or petite adult. The house was furnished with tea and coffee and all the things you needed if you wanted to cook. They also supplied bathroom shower essentials. It was easy to find and right outside the Chinatown gate sign. We walked right outside to look for food, the options are endless. Check in was straight forward and high-tech. Parking was also available right beside the property although a bit pricey at $33 overnight but downtown Montreal is always like that. This will become our go to spot for our next ladies weekend trip in Montreal. Highly recommend this place.

The place is well situated, security is also god but the beds are very uncomfortable they are so hard it’s like sleeping on concrete, and it always smells cigarette smoke in the condo but most in the master bedroom, maybe it’s the condo upstairs? Responses and management are very good.

The smoke alarm was beeping and I was unable to reach the management for many hours. As a result we have to book another place and it was not refunded.

Super conveniently located. Clean. Only 3 stars just because it’s a bit bland for my tastes, the decor a bit incoherent. The coffeemaker didn’t work. We requested another and were told it would be brought but never arrived. Anyway, no big deal, just not a particularly special place.

When I had issues checking in, I called the number for assistance and the person assisting me was very helpful.

Room and interiors clean. Exterior made me feel like I was going down an alley. Noisy at 1 am to 3 am from people returnong from the bars.

No wifi, communications très difficiles si vous avez besoin de support, ils ne répondent pas. Service uniquement en anglais.

Ideally located close to interesting parts of the city, such as Chinatown, Old Montreal, Place des Arts, and Centre Desjardins.

Overall very good stay

Room was perfect for the group. the place it self was good other then the fact it took forever for the puke in the hallway to be cleaned up.
