Hotel rooms and amenities were beautiful, clean and comfortable- nothing really to complain about inside the hotel- but outside a totally different story- dirty and smelly streets, multiple cannabis stores, significant homeless and drug addicts presence that did not make us feel safe… i wish i searched the previous reviews to be aware of it- i would not recommend or stay in this hotel again.

Beautiful room. Didn't anticipate for parking and there

There was a major construction on Friday from 11pm till Saturday 8am in front of the hotel Everyone knows the major construction is always planned! None of us can sleep all night and the noise was crazy. I told the manager you should cancel the booking when you know that construction ! I have a video of it and I will post it if I don’t get refund! The worst experience staying in a hotel.

Very nice hotel in a great location. The pool was a nice way to cool off.

Very clean. Staff are nice! I think we should check before visiting Ottawa. I felt the location was not safe.

No microwave in roam but everything else was good

We booked a king room with a sofa bed through Expedia however, when we arrived at the hotel, our room did not have a sofa bed. They did not have any rollaway beds either. Our teenage son had to sleep in the king-size bed with us, which led to a terrible night sleep. Expedia needs to properly verify that their photographs match the description of the room and the hotel should have rollaway beds available in the event of something like this. Our stay was not great.

This is the center of town, easy to walk to attractions but go home at 10 pm that is safety.

Great experience overall

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was convenient and made it easy to get around. The amenities were excellent and added to the overall comfort of our stay. Our room was clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. Overall, we had a great experience and would happily stay here again and recommend it to others.
