Like a lot of things today Best Western has decided to make this hotel “do it yourself “. When you enter the reception area you have a monitor to check yourself in and make your own key cards. Are entering the room, I realized we didn’t have any cups or glasses. I walked around looking for someone and when I did I asked for two glasses and an extra pillow. The girl who was in charge that shift said, “we only have enough pillows for one per person and no extras are available”. The hotel didn’t appear to be very full to not have any extra pillows and I then realized I have never been denied an extra pillow before. This is definitely a no frills hotel in area that’s not pretty or walkable.

We spent 5 days here and had a marvelous time. Staff was very helpful and friendly and the room was great. Breakfast was very good and an evening meal was available if you wanted. Easy access off main roads and self-service laundry facilities were available which made our stay even better. I can't think of any way to improve our stay. We had a great time and would recommend it to anyone.

I am Celiac and they went above and beyond to help me with my gluten free diet needs. I've traveled the world and no one has ever helped me to this extent. The staff and manager were AMAZING!

Gym is smaller than on photos, overall good stay, staff very friendly.

New hotel and very basic. Rooms are small. Price is reasonable but it is far away from the city

A bit away from transportation but a very nice hotel.

It is a brand new hotel finding its feet. The staff are super friendly. The breakfast is plentiful Danish breakfast, the evening buffet ar 165DKK is very good value. The tram to town centre at 4e return is a practical and fast means of transport to the museums, shops and restaurants. We would be happy to recommend this hotel to anyone who needs a clean and comfortable bed and room.

The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. I did have a hard time getting there from the main station. This location is ideal for drivers, but not pedestrians.

Fint hotell, men ikke veldig sentralt.

Super service fra den søde pige i receptionen, dejlig tæt på motorvejen uden den genere.

Prima hotel om een nachtje of twee te blijven. Schoon maar eenvoudig. Goed ontbijt en diner buffet. Ook vegetarische opties. Geen airco in de kamers.

Spændende koncept, pænt rent værelse. Hyggelig reception/restaurent med stille hyggemusik. Lidt ærgerligt man ikke kan vælge morgenmad fra, da vi ikke skulle spise. Men ellers fint.
