The room was basic, but very clean and comfortable with the exception of the shower that felt a bit claustrophobic. Breakfast and dinner had wide selections of Japanese and Western dishes. We stayed during a typhoon, so we did not see much of the area and did not use the outdoor pool etc, but the resort looks like a great place to enjoy with the family. Even indoors there are plenty of things to do from foosball to karaoke. Very good experience overall.

East wing, west wing! Our room was a trek from reception, felt like a different hotel! Dining room was smack in the middle so it didn’t really matter. Some renovations ongoing which may have lengthened the journey. Room was nice and spacious with a lovely bed. Great location and the Onsen was really nice, especially the outdoor section, being able to relax and see the stars

The shuttle bus from the train station was a great plus for this property.

We all enjoyed the various facilities of the hotel. Especially, the family hot spring became a special time. And there were facilities for children to play, so children also had fun. There were many places around the hotel that were carefully cared for. I recommend it

A lot of amenities and very family friendly.

It is totally new property, the desing and concept is very nice. Mostly local tourism for now, absolutely stunning views and the confort rooms, since they have hot springs or hot baths is very attractive spot for families, which they were a lot with small kids everywhere, so if you want quiet and piece this won't be the place I guess.

ブッフェレストラン宮崎牛ステーキ美味しかったです。生ビールは係の方が注いでくださいました。さすが、緑茶が美味しかったです

夕食も朝食も満足でした。 但し西館の臭いと廊下でのゲストの会話が部屋まで聞こえるのが気になった。

素敵なホテルでした。設備もご飯も◎です！ また利用したいです。

お風呂の湯船がいくつかありましたが、区別されているのかどうかがわがらなくて、意味があるのかなと思いまします。 客室の冷蔵庫がうるさかったです。

객실은 깨끗하고 흠잡을부분은 없다. 하지만 문제는 대욕탕에... 일단 노천탕 온도가 너무 높아서 1분을 앉아 있을수가 없어서 계속 돌에 걸쳐 앉아있거나 나와서 쉬거나 미지근한 국그릇같이 생긴 탕 2개에 들어가거나 했다. 국그릇탕 한개는 냉탕으로 운영을 하면 어떨까 생각해본다. 그보다 더 큰 문제는 탈의실에 있는 ReFa헤어드라이어기다. 5개중에 1개만 정상작동하고 나머지 4개는 소리만 크고 바람이 나오지 않는 불량이다. 왜 이걸 빨리빨리 교체하지 않나? 이런거로 돈을 아끼고싶은건지 모르는건지 이해는 안간다. 여자 탈의실도 상황은 똑같고 머리를 제대로 말리지 못한 아내는 결국 가족탕 열쇠를 받아서 따로 머리를 말리고 방으로 들어갔다. 왜 가족탕에 있는건 다이슨 제품을 쓰고 일반대욕탕에서 쓰는 헤어드라이기는 망가진 ReFa제품을 쓰나? 당시에 이 문제를 프론트직원과 대화했는데 여직원은 작동이 되는데 작동방법을 모르는거 아니냐는 기막힌 소리를 했고 다행이 남자직원이 대동해서 직접 망가진 헤어드라이기 시연도 해줬다. 특히 끔찍한 부분은 여자 탈의실에서 망가진 ReFa 헤어드라이기들이 바람없이 왱왱거리는 (거의 무슨 예초기 돌리는 정도의 소음)이 남자탈의실까지 들어와서 정말 좋은 온천경험을 완전히 망친다는거다. 왜 이런식으로 운영을 하는지 알수가없다. 너무나 편하고 좋은점이 많은 호텔이지만 이런 사소한걸로 이미지를 깎아 먹고있다. 사우나는 너무 뜨거웠다 개인적으로 --> 땀은 금방나서 좋은건가? 객실에서 쓰는 드라이어는또 제트블로우가 아닌 그냥 팬방식의 답답한 드라이어기다. 이런 차별점도 별로지만 뭐 대욕탕에 있는거라도 제대로 작동했으면 굳이 이렇게까지 쓰진 않았을부분이다. 그리고 renovate된 객실에 벽면에 터치 판넬이 있는데 이걸 끄는 방법을 부모님을 몰라서 수건을 덮어서 겨우 주무셨다. 이런것도 좀 옆에 안내문을 붙여서 알려줬으면 어땠을까 생각이 든다. 석식 조식먹는 공간에 대해서 한마디 덧붙이자면, 창가쪽 공간은 개방을 안하는것도 이해가 안간다. 굳이 직원들 일하는게 귀찮아서 그 공간을 닫아놓는건지, 굳이 햇빛안들어오는 쪽으로 다 몰아서 조/석식 운영하는 방식도 별로다. 뭔가 서비스를 할거면 끝까지 해야하는데 그런부분이 아쉽고 특히 다 먹은 접시들을 치우는 직원은 한두명이라서 계속 테이블에 빈접시는 쌓이는데 답답했다. 객실 복도에 조명을 좀 줄이면 좋을거 같다. 각 방마다 램프가 켜지고 천장에 led strip등이 너무 밝아서 분위기에 안좋은거 같다. 좋은점들 - 24시간 무인 편의점 1층 / fusball table / 넓은 욕탕 / 히노키탕 존재 / 사우나옆에 냉탕존재 / 적당히 세련됨 / 라운지바 존재 / 무제한알콜 패키지에 다양한 술 / 대욕탕 끝나고 마실수있는 rest zone 간단한 음료 / 사용하지 않았지만 넓은 풀 (날씨가 더우면 죽일듯)
