Waiting time for check-in is long, otherwise pleasant stay. Nice location.

For 3 nights we were there, not once did a cleaning crew come to clean the apartment, change the towels, or pick up trash. I tried to find a garbage chute on the floor that I was on, but I couldn’t find it anywhere. Aside from that, the apartment was good. Need a cable car station to be built near the Antara mall for easy access, especially for older people or people with wheelchairs, to go up to the Skywalk area or down to the temple. Thank you

Great and comfortable space in the room. Ideal space for gathering. The unit comes with a small pantry, very convenient if you need to cook.

Other than it is slightly far from Genting Highland Hotel, all are good! It will be better should they add in more directions showing clearly the path to the Hotel.

Very big and clean room. Complete facilities provided. Parking was provided but comes with charges RM10 per entry, need to validate before going out. Have a bridge link to Genting Skyavenue, about a 15-minute walk.

Had a really pleasant stay at Antara Residence by Sleeping Lion. The unit was clean, modern, and very comfortable—perfect for a short getaway. I especially liked how well-maintained everything was, from the facilities to the overall ambiance. The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free, and the host was responsive and helpful throughout. Location is also convenient, with easy access to nearby shops and food spots. Overall, it was a great experience and definitely worth the stay. Would love to come back again in the future 👍

The location is detrimental. There's no bus, and transportation is expensive because it's a long way back. The facilities aren't as far as they advertise, taking 10-15 minutes. They lie a lot. The room wasn't cleaned, but they didn't provide cleaning supplies. I couldn't clean it for 4 days. The service was also unfriendly. They also didn't take responsibility for missing items. They had to fix them. I love traveling, but this was the most disappointing hotel I've stayed in.

The staff at the reception are very friendly and helpful, the rooms and all the equipment in them are very clean and new, the facilities provided are very complete starting from the gym, warm swimming pool, sauna room (separate for men and women), video games, bowling, karaoke, billiards, darts, and others. on the ground floor there is a mall and a place to eat. to get to the Genting First World complex you can go through a bridge with an escalator.

There is no food in this apartment, if you want to eat at the plaza, if you want to go to First World you have to take a taxi, if you want to walk it takes 30 minutes, if you want to bring your family I recommend staying here, the hot water swimming pool and the rooms are quite spacious.

All was great. The receptionist upgraded our room during check-in. He was so nice. 🫶🏻

Staff are friendly, they did response to the call and WhatsApp on time if any issue. Even provide a baby coat when they noticed during check-in. Enjoy staying here.

The hotel is comfortable and clean, but calling Grab is a bit difficult. The hotel's location is a bit tucked away.
