We've always only served tea as a morning drink, and when we suggested the coffee shop across the street, our intention was sincere so that guests who wanted coffee could still have it easily. It's not that we're reluctant to provide it, but it wasn't part of our standard service at the time. Regarding the broken coat hanger during your stay, we were aware of it, but we didn't make a big deal of it and didn't ask for compensation because we chose to understand that unintentional things happen. We also hope that the same thing can happen both ways—with mutual understanding and appreciation, not just one-sided demands.
