It was great… we just stayed 1 night as we were traveling thru. The location was the best!

The breakfast was good and fresh,the room was very clean,very safe area.

The room looked updated, clean and comfortable. The WiFi and air conditioning in the room worked well. They free underground parking was a bonus. The location was excellent. One block from av. Chapultepec. The buffet breakfast was just okay.

Comfort and safe, pretty much everything that you can need around within minutes distance.

yes but very limited. temperature is controlled up to a certain temp only. i believe up to 22 deg. i prefer 18

Excellent hotel. Extremely clean and perfect location to many restaurants.

Our only concern, the lock on our door would not lock. Maintenence was responsible for fixing it and upon our return to our room after a few hours later, we discovered our hotel door was not fixed and our rom unattended. We had to change rooms.

The hotel and room was very comfortable and clean

The room was clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Chapultepec Ave was only a block away and there is dinning and bars all up and down. The water in the hotel had a weird smell. You for sure may want to think about using it to brush your teeth. Parking was fantastic. The lady in the parking garage was great found me a large space to park my truck. And when I went out she blocked it so no one would park in it. I have stayed there before and would again.

I had a very pleasant experience. The hotel is fantastic, the staff is very friendly, and the room was very well-equipped, spacious, clean, and modern—perfect for spending several comfortable nights. The area is safe, and there are many convenient transportation options. The nightly rate is quite reasonable and made for a very enjoyable stay. I will definitely return.
