Great hotel in the center of Malmö. The room was spacious and comfortable yet, a little dated. No AC, so during summer gets a little too hot and they just provide a little fan. Breakfast was simple, but good. Note: Check in is at a different location. You actually check in at the bar around the corner (same name). We were having issues getting in the building until a guest showed up and explained this to us. Other than that, the staff was friendly and everything went great.

Not a 4 star hotel by any standards! even no safe box in the rooms.

hotel is located just off the central malmo station. Breakfast offered was very good. There is no air conditioning in the room so on hot day it would be uncomfortable. Everything in room was good working order but slightly dated.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Elite Hotel Residens Malmo right from the start. We did have a minor hiccup showing up late in Malmo without internet so had to wander a little to find the entrance which is located on a small street off a bigger street, but otherwise, the rest was great. Check-in was friendly and easy. We were even left a lovely anniversary note and chocolates which was a very nice gesture. There was a great selection for the free breakfast and we took advantage of the free bikes. Do we are you won't get much help with the bikes so you should know how to adjust what you need as the aren't any tools once you leave the hotel. The bikes were good enough for use to ride to Lund and back and also explore Malmo. We had a renovated room and it was nice and spacious. Overall, I would definitely come back if in Malmo!

Nice location between Central station ( with train and distances buses ) and City centre, nice room was well, breakfast as expected, friendly staff.

A good hotel, good service and near to the old part of Malmø with restaurants and shops.

Nice hotel, good location. Checked in around 11:30pm and was locked out for 15 minutes. Reception didn’t answer locked front door for a while

We stayed only one night, but for us the experience started a month earlier when we emailed the hotel to ask about the best way to go from CPH airport. We received a detailed and informative reply that same day. In the past when we've asked for imformation from other hotels they often answer a completely different question to what we've asked! We would certainly recommend this hotel to anybody, and although one night was a short stay, we'd also recommend Malmo over Copenhagen.

A 5 minute walk from the Malmo-C train station. Close to wide variety of good restaurants. Had to open window several times during the night to help cool the room down. Good breakfast, friendly staff, comfortable bed. Would stay here again.

Loved the fact that check out on Sundays is 5 oclock!

The entrance is down the side of the hotel and there are steps up to Reception which was not expected. Generally fine and easy access from the car park at the end of the block. Breakfast was good with a good choice

I stayed over for one night and I have to admit I'm glad it was only the one. The room I was in was run down and dated. Stains on the carpet, cracked tiles in the bathroom shower and just very dull overall. The lack of air conditioning made sleeping almost impossible.
