If you claim to be pet friendly, have some gift for the pets, like a bandana or a puppyccino, also if you could build a fence for the petsin the green area you have in front of the building it would be great. Thanks for everything.

The restaurant is very bad The food was terrible to be totally honest and on top of it all expensive The Argentinian restaurant across the street charged less and it’s an actual restaurant. This thing was an insult of price vs quality

When we arrived the room was not cleaned. The beds were made but there were used tissues and half empty water bottles by the bed. The beds were made but its like someone had been in there after it was cleaned. After we had it recleaned it was good.

The cafe is full of friendly servers and good food.

I booked this hotel twice due to its close proximity to the airport. Really good hotel and well managed.

Perfect hotel

I got a great deal with this hotel app & received a nice, clean hotel room. The staff was amazing. The breakfast buffet was great. The gym & pool were very nice and clean. The water was warm. The hot water was very nice & the water stream was strong. A/C & heating was awesome. Great WiFi connection too. The only con was the beds were full-size (too small) for 4 ppl. And the view from our window was obstructed by the a/c machinery. But wasn’t an issue for the price we paid.

This place used to be a Fiesta Inn and it was much better then the actual OPUS. Looks like a very old hotel, towels are to much worn and amenities are awful, not even a single body lotion in the bathroom. I’ll never go back again.

La Auditora Nocturna es un excelente asociado. Llamé por teléfono a las 3 am para pedir informaciòn y fue siempre muy amable y contestò mis preguntas. Desde el momento que hablé con ella me dí cuenta del servicio del hotel en calidad y no dudè en reservar . Lo único malo es que en el baño no hay tapete para la ducha no acondicionador para el cabello. Todo lo demás excelente Gracis !!
