The staff made our trip by being nice to us. Did not like the trip hazards or no elevator

The place is so pleasant and clean. Hope they can maintain it. Suggestion to include already the breakfast on its current rate.

overall experience was okey. Staffs were so friendly. on a negative side, no available lifts for elderly people, no clothes hanger and no place to hang/ store your clothes. I wonder that they missed the basic hotel stuff

A very new hotel, but the fridge wasn’t connected due to unsuitable socket, the shower base gets flooded due to building design
