I don't have a good experience with them because I booked for one night, then later they told me I booked for a studio. How come like that?

You'll need to be discerning when choosing this accommodation; the price is deceptive for just three hours. If you want a full 24-hour stay, pay 500,000 Rupiah. It's better to choose a real hotel with breakfast.

Mata harus jeli memilih penginapan ini, harga mengecoh cuma untuk 3 jam saja. Kalau mau full 24 jam bayar 500K, lebih baik pilih hotel beneran dengan sarapan.

The shipment was not in transit, it turned out to be in transit.

The hotel's checkout time and the app's check-in time didn't match. I was scammed. I didn't show up at the location.

As clearly stated in our additional policies, booking time = check-in time. Please read all policies stated in the Traveloka app first to avoid any potential issues with other accommodations in the future. 🙏🏻

Customers are given a set check-in time, even though the check-in time is according to arrival at the location, this check-in time is the same as the reservation time on Traveloka, it's really disappointing
