As new condition, good size well fitted room will large TV and plenty of plug sockets. Trams a very short walk and two brilliant museums the same. 10 mins from an area with a collection of modern restaurants and a music bar

Terrible! Don’t stay here! ⭐️ 1 Star I was charged £106 for “stained bedding”, yet the bedding was not clean even before or after replacement. When they put new bedding on, it was still dirty. Completely unacceptable to charge that amount when the room and bedding were not properly cleaned in the first place. Very disappointed with the service and cleanliness.

The hotel is pretty new, large rooms with good quality furniture, all good. Water station at every floor, hot water In the bar area, all very functional and useful. Two things need fixing: 1. Sub standard breakfasts… selection and quality need improvement. 2. Bar prices are rather hopeful… starting from £5/ 25PLN for tea and up. The bar is usually empty… I wonder if we can figure out a connection ;)

Friendly staff upon checking in. Quick and efficient. Rooms very modern, clean and light. Nice touch to receive a welcome drink on arrival. Well located, in close proximity to the city centre and old town. Bolt taxi's were really handy, very cheap to travel around the city. Air conditioning in rooms a little tricky to manage. Lots of plug sockets to charge devices. The only minor negative was the sensor light under the beds were very sensitive and came on during night time when moving in bed. Breakfast also crammed a little with minimal space to move around when choosing your food. Overall, a lovely modern hotel and well located to explore the city.

Best Hotel with reasonable rate. If you are in Poland book this hotel. It has everything you need around it. Fancy Restaurants, Shopping places, Safe , Easy Access to everything. Breakfast was best. Everything was fresh and tasty. Hotel staff is Very nice and helpful.

Good place to be and enjoy this area of Warsaw

This was not my first stay at this hotel, but after my most recent visit, I am truly appalled. It all began with a false fire alarm, not caused by any real fire hazard, but by a malfunction in the fire protection system. As a result, from 2:00 a.m. until 4:30 a.m., we were forced to wait outside the hotel. I lost a night’s sleep, was left completely exhausted, and received neither an apology nor any form of compensation. Of course, the fire brigade arrived on site, but the issue turned out to be purely technical. In the middle of the night, the hotel manager was called in, trying to disable the alarm, but there were major problems. Ultimately, due to a technical failure, I spent half the night standing outside in the cold. The final straw, however, was the last incident. At check-in, my card was charged an incorrect amount — higher than what I was supposed to pay. I noticed this in my room and went back to reception to report the problem. The staff member assured me that the authorization would be released and I would simply pay again. Yet, the block was never lifted, and during the night shift, the staff charged me again, placing another hold on my card. I raised the issue once more at check-out, and I was promised that all holds would be released immediately. Seven days have now passed, and my funds are still frozen. Yesterday, I wrote an email to the hotel staff asking for action, but I have received no response whatsoever. I am extremely disappointed with my most rece
