The view is beautiful, with a direct view of Trunyan Hill. The rooms are clean, the staff is friendly. The best part is the private hot springs. We'll definitely be back 🙏

The food is very delicious and the staff is amazing

The pool is a cool place, a treat for everyone who sees it. One downside: lots of flies. I don't know why there are so many flies in the Kintamani area, but it didn't detract from my comfort during my stay there.

Very very very satisfied! Where else can you find modern and clean facilities with hot spring water in a beautiful and aesthetic pool (includes the one in front of your room!), nice food, and a friendly host and staff 👍

Staying here was a truly enjoyable and extraordinary experience. Our family and I, from Banjarmasin, were very satisfied. The owner, along with the staff, were friendly and very helpful with everything.

No recommendation for families, because vacations mean bringing children, charged per person 150 thousand if in hotels and other villas plus automatic payment for towels, blankets, toilets, amenities plus everything, the room is okay, the toilet smells uncomfortable with flies!! The restaurant staff is rude, offering breakfast but while walking and looking away (renting 3 rooms - spending 4.5 million) is not worth it. Only the plus at the general pool...
