Friendly staff, fast process, clean rooms and bathrooms, contemporary room design, strategic location, close to MRT, LRT, Trans Jakarta, in the surrounding area there are many places to eat, will be back for sure.

I usually stay around Setiabudi every time I visit Jakarta as I used to live in this neighborhood. The location is superb, close to everything (MRT, TransJ, LRT). The first time staying here and everything was perfect. The bed was comfy, the room was spacious. Definitely would love to stay here next.

The hotel staff is undeniably the best, as part of Artotel, Rooms Inc. It's centrally located, close to everything you need. Check-in and check-out are easy. We had a pleasing staycation experience in the newly opened hotel near Sudirman area. The location is very strategic in the center of the city, with cafes, restaurants, and malls nearby. The services are top notch! We had a problem with our room access card and they immediately came to our room to change it. Breakfast buffet also comes with many great selections. Lastly, all the staff are so nice and helpful, very attentive with our requests. Shout out to Mr. Mahesa for his warm greetings to us.

Close to Jalan Sudirman, so it's convenient for morning runs at the CFD.
