It was a very disappointing night, I'll never come back. When I went up, one room was occupied by a Western guest, and the other by a Korean guest. The language barrier made communication difficult and unpleasant. The staff apologized and I overlooked it, but when I used the facilities, I noticed wet toiletries from the previous guest hadn't been cleaned up. The reception staff needs to double-check that someone escorts guests to the rooms to avoid confusion between different apartments and hotel rooms. The cleaning staff should conduct thorough checks before allowing guests to use the facilities.

The breakfast wasn't anything special, but everything else was fine. The hotel is new and right by the beach.

I was really disappointed. I had to wait over an hour to check in. Despite being a 5-star hotel, there were too few staff members, they couldn't manage the number of guests, and there wasn't anyone to escort me to my room. The hallways on all floors were narrow and winding, feeling cramped. The restrooms on the reception floor had spilled water, and the hotel rooms were just average. There were water stains and dust from the refrigerator, kitchen counter, and elevator...

The hotel is right on the beachfront. Convenient location. You can consider it.
