Clean and comfortable

I booked this facility thinking that the price was 234 Canadian dollars. After being charged 333 Canadian dollars I realized the price shown was in US dollars. I immediately reached out to Expedia asking to cancel my reservation as I haven’t realize it’s 100$ more (also we live 1 hour drive away, so it does matter). Expedia reached out to the facility who declined to cancel even if it was booked by mistake. I tried to reach out to them directly but no one answered my message on Expedia website. So we came. The pool closes by 8pm, like everything else on the facility. So all you can do is feed the mosquitos and make bbq. Doesn’t worse the price I was forced to pay. Not coming again.

We had a lovely time. Suite was spacious and large and very clean!

The only downside is that you can hear the other person who lives upstairs and ther woke us up during the night, but everything else was perfect.

Great restaurant on the premises, very polite staff, well maintained . Everyone looks happy to be there .

Everything about this lodge is great. Modern, spacious room, nice pool, good location. The only issue is the incredibly poor sound proofing between rooms, I mean next level bad. You can hear every step next door, even speaking at normal volume. Thankfully, our neighbours weren’t loud, but if they were, it would have ruined the trip.

Spacious.but heating was not warm enough during winter.

Great pool, our kids loved it! also some fun activities for kids like a scavenger hunt. And lots of board games and things available in the games room. Our kids really enjoyed it! the 1 bedroom lodge was great.

While the entire visit exceeded expectations, the Staff were particularly excellent. I want to give a shout out to Tom who went above and beyond with customer service that made our stay wonderful.

on rocks restaurant was incredible. reservations needed bc uts amazing atmosphere. food is the same! wr were blown away

Everything was great, exept that we found a mouse (in a trap) inside a cabinet under the sink.

Our 2 bedroom lodge was a great size for our family of 5. Everything was very clean and kirchen is modern & well equiped. Rooms are spacious and neat. Would definitely recommend and return. Max on front desk very helpful . The games room upstairs in main area is great, lots of books, games, dvds to borrow and pool table/ air hockey. Tennis court looked in great condition too.

We lovvvved this place. My kids are already asking when we can go back!
