The location was great; property clean, however there was no onsite parking which was not mentioned, which added an unanticipated extra expense. The bathroom had no storage for toiletries- no counter, no shelf in shower. There was no dresser or place to unpack or put clothing. We had to put our suitcases on the couch and take our clothes out from there.

Very decent sized unit. Family unit was located in 2nd floor. So the view was more streetview. Noise coming from en-suite washroom (with the fan switches off) not enjoyable to sleep. Dime lighting , instruWindows were abit dirty. Wasn't pleasent to lookout.

Everything was great, the only thing I wished for was a few more pillows, and maybe an extra towel. Other than that great communication, easy check in/out, and a perfect location

It would have been nice to have more towels and washcloths. We had one each for 4 days. A hairdryer would also help. Great place to stay if you have an event at Rogers Center. Quite place and clean.

Central location walkable from Union Station. Tidy and modern .

Location great but no hot water for both nights and attitude from owner about it (its a vaction rental).Wish we'd have stayed at a hotel nearby, there are plenty at the same or better prices. Owner also impersonated expedia to get us to forward contact info to pay 350$ deposit days prior to our arrival, message after message requesting it. Seemed sketchy. We'll see once we get our deposit back, but was a hassle all around. Owner knew no hot water to building but didnt communicated until our 4th or 5th complaint. Do not recommend.

Proximity to the Rogers Center is excellent. Suite was clean and tidy. Front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. Would definitely stsy here again. Thanks for the hospitality. Debra

the weather and the facilities

Great area

Communication with management was great, easy and efficient, apartment was clean and comfortable. The position of the building was great, nice view, close to all my favorite spots in town. Would definitely go there again!

Great downtown views! Pleasant communications with World Wide and with security desk, for checking-in process. Surprised had to add a security deposit, separate from emails from Expedia. Unit could use an extra blanket, and a couple more towels (hand towels). One bed area could use a nightstand. The shower floor tended to be slippery.

Great place

We found it a little confusing to get in but the staff were patient and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again and recommend that others stay there as well. Such easy access to the ball park which is why We were there. Plenty of choices of places to eat. My husband was thrilled to have a Tim Horton’s nearby. It was a great few days.

Very clean, easy accessible and friendly. close to Roger’s stadium (5 mins) and lots of great restaurants

It was cozy place very close to CN Tower, Riley’s aquarium. It was neat and tidy condo. Note: parking available is at extra charge. Also you can see the CN tower partially from the balcony.

Great property. Very responsive service. Parking was changed at last minute which was unfortunate.

It was super easy to check in and check out and was right next to the cn tower and Roger’s center

Awesome location right in the heart of Downtown Toronto! Able to walk to the game in 7 minutes and have safe parking as well!
