Room is clean. Excellent staff

I don’t normally leave reviews but I got a few things to say. I stayed here with my girlfriend for vacation. But this place is very scammy and the staff is rude. First and foremost, I attempted to buy a drink from the bar, it was a rum and coke. They gave me the most watered down and expensive drink I’ve ever had. And when I complained about it nothing happened. Also I thought the back door of my room did not have a lock on it. Which is a safety issue. So I told the staff and requested a new room. They insisted I would have to pay for another room even though it was their fault for issuing that room out. Also the location is a bit of an inconvenience, you’re pretty far away from everything. I purchased a ferry online that was set for 0730 and checked out of the hotel at 0630, and I didn’t make it. Couldn’t find a ride in time. Do not recommend, also the AC was terrible and it was very hot at night. 0 stars if I could.

The staff were polite and welcoming, and they offered us refreshing drinks upon our arrival. The breakfast buffet was excellent, featuring high-quality and delicious options. However, I was a bit disappointed to find dead insects behind the curtain, and I discovered a live bed bug on the white sheets of the bed when we returned from our tour the following afternoon.

Staff were excellent, friendly and helpful setting up tours and getting a trike they also rent motorbikes. Place was clean and a nice pool for gotta days. Breakfast was good too. Location is walkable to downtown restaurants and bars, about 10 minutes.

Everything is ok, need to improve more in bathroom cleaning.
