Perfect location, good service and clean

Our experience at this hotel was terrible. Given the price we paid. We expected a 5-star establishment. But there was no air conditioning. The Wi-Fi was completely useless. The customer service was very poor, and the bathrooms were in disrepair. In short, the list of flaws at this hotel is endless. In our opinion it is a 1-star hotel, they shouldn't charge more than $50.00 dollars a night certainly not $250.00 It a rip-off. I do not recommend it to anyone. It should not be promoted on this platform I demand that I be refunded at least 50% of what I paid.

Great location. Decent rooms. Nice Asian restaurant in the lobby. Needs more thorough cleaning in some areas of the room and bathroom.

Rooms dirty

The room was clean, quiet, and spacious. It included a microwave and a minibar, which were convenient amenities. However, the temperature control was a significant issue. The room became excessively hot in the evenings and too cold at night. Although a portable air cooler was provided, it was insufficient, especially since the room was located on the corner of the building and received direct sunlight for much of the day. Additionally, there was no heating device available to maintain a comfortable temperature at night.

Room was great really clean comfortable bed and pillows great location with tons of street food around the corner. Only downside there was no early check in available nor late checkout the rooftop terrace is great we took our own drinks. A bar up there would be great.

Clean room, very comfortable. Had the essentials, coffee machine, mini fridge, microwave.

The staff were very nice. One thing I did not accept was that the utensils were not clean when I checked in and went to have food. I found that the forks were not clean. Other than that, everything was good.

Clean room, friendly staff, great location.

Room was spacious but the bed was like laying on a stone wall. Good location in the city we were able to walk to most things. Staff did a good job in cleaning and restocking our fridges.

The location is ideal and very walkable, but you are going to sacrifice your comfort to a hard bed and bad wifi. Overall for value its a good option.

Everything was is good. I just gave 4 Stars because the room needed more attention to cleaning the floor.

number of stairs from the street level to the small reception area was not very pleasant. The smell of the street vendor every morning's cooking was not a pleasant aroma to smell. for the amount of money we have spent, for two days the elevator was out of order and we needed to remove heavy luggage from the fourth floor to the street level when departing the place. In addition, the wifi was not available or was not easily being connected according the instructions we have the receptionist; the written instruction was deviating from what the wifi connection was suggesting and was not connecting, had to walk downstairs ask the reeption to come upsairs at the fourth level to sign-in on the wifi so I can send out my important emails at late at night.
