The food lacked flavor, The bathroom had no glass wall that could see through to the bed, The TV wasn't big enough for the size of the room I was staying in.

The room is nice and clean. It's not very soundproof. So the sound of vehicles and people outside can be heard inside the room. Then, in the morning, I smelled an unpleasant odor. I don't know where it came from.

The time was not according to the schedule, check in was supposed to be at 2 pm but we were only able to enter the room at 4 pm.

The facilities are complete, the design is luxurious, and the cleanliness is excellent. The downside is that breakfast often runs out, and the staff is often late in replenishing the food.

The room is clean, comfortable, and spacious. Overall it's nice, but the TV facility in the room can't be used because the TV's internet connection is always down. It has been fixed by the technician, but the TV connection still doesn't work. So I can't watch TV in the room.

Star is very good, service is good

A pleasant staycation, of course because the hotel is new so everything is new, the room is clean, towels, pillows and sheets are still very new, the corridor is bright, the staff are friendly and always greet and smile when they pass by. Entertainment and lots of channels because they use Google TV, the wifi is very smooth, there is Google Nest 👍 it's really cool. Standard Aston breakfast, lots of traditional cakes, but there is no Bangka specialty food but there is pempek. Only the shower is not so good sometimes it is strong sometimes it is blocked, the hot water setting is also a bit difficult. Amenities are incomplete, there are only tissues in the bathroom, no combs are provided. Strategic location surrounded by many restaurants/cafes, even next to it there is a famous bakso stall. Tips for booking a deluxe premier room, a sofa is provided for daydreaming while snacking while looking at the view of the hills and the busy highway. Perfect
