Hotel rebranding from Lynn Hotel to 101. Actually, with more maintenance, this hotel will be much better because some things in the room need to be replaced, such as the bathroom door is rotten, stain spots on the floor, the bathroom drain smells so bad that it can be smelled in the room, the water smells and itches, the bed has sunk in the middle, the surprise with the extra bed is a cheap foam mattress. It could be better. In terms of hospitality, everyone is definitely friendly & helpful, also the Housekeeping in my room is the best. Thank you.

Friendly staff, and strategic location

An incredible experience. This was my first time in Yogyakarta and I found a hotel in a very strategic location close to the city center. The staff was also very friendly and welcoming. I was very satisfied and will definitely be back for another staycation.

Strategic location and close to the center of activity. The room atmosphere is comfortable and clean. Just next to a group of families whose children are all active until midnight still running out in the hallway. It was a bit noisy, but oh well, it's a vacation. I didn't try the breakfast, but I did explore the Ngasem market which is not too far from the hotel. All the staff are friendly and welcoming.

It seems like this is the first time I've had a hotel breakfast that doesn't taste like hotel food. It tastes 1000% authentic, like my grandmother's cooking. It's all delicious. It's so awesome. I was really amazed by the food, it was all delicious.

The hotel staff was very friendly and immediately helped me unload my suitcase from the car. It's also close to Superindo. On the second day of our stay, the air conditioning in our room leaked. We reported it to the cleaning service, who happened to be right in front of our room. The maintenance team quickly took care of it.

Overall, it was okay. Although I was initially shocked by the presence of a small cockroach in the room and the room being relatively small, the hotel upgraded me to a higher room type without any additional charges. The food was quite varied and for 2 nights it was worth it. It's not far from everywhere.

The location is close to the Jogokaryan Mosque, so you can easily walk there. Since my car has a roof box, the hotel staff helped me find a parking spot. Thank you.
