best stay in Alicante! amazing apartment in a super nice area. very convenient key situation with bluetooth :)

I stayed at this place twice. It really is a lovely accommodation. Clean, serene and in a good location. The air conditioning was just marvelous. I would always book this place on any trip to Alicante, Spain. Keep up the good work!

The apartment is very clean, comfortable, with everything you need to feel at home. The location is perfect! and the person responsible for the reservation is super helpful and friendly. I recommend it to anyone who wants to have a peaceful stay and enjoy beautiful days in Alicante. Next year my husband and I will be back for sure! :)

Excellent location, excellent service, quirky, and very well equipped. Perfect for a few days sightseeing in Alicante. Weekends could be a little noisy if your apartment is in the front of the building, but it is compensated by being in the heart of the old town/tapas areas.

Excellent location right in city center. Very close to tram / bus, restaurants, bars, coffee shops and supermarkets. Helpful and supportive staff. Cozy and comfortable apartment At night it can be slightly noisy due to the large number of bars in the neighbourhood although it’s bearable. That would be my only downside.

Faultless Exceptionally clean,reception staff were very friendly and knowledgeable and the location was perfect. I wouldn’t consider looking for an alternative apartment if I ever return to Alicante

Excellent customer service. In a fabulous location. Beautifully restored and very high specification. Wear the ear plugs because it can get noisy when the clubs finish.

Superb position of apartment next to Cathedral and near all the wonderful restaurants. Able to borrow beach towels from apartments. Spotlessly clean. Everything you would need for a holiday. Close to beach. Great walking to adjacent beaches. Castle, modern Art Museum wonderful. Trams very handy for going to El Campello and Vilajoiosa a must to visit.

great location..... on the backside of San Nicolas catedral. Walking distance to the beach and to the churches. I was very much impressed. would like to spend more time there. Maybe next time.

The Apartamentos Tito San Nicolas had all the needed conveniences. The accommodations was bright, airy, large and quite comfortable. The location was idea. Do not miss seeing the Sundial. Highly recommended and I would return.

Great location in the centre of everything. Great having dishwasher and washing machine/dryer. We cooked in 2 evenings, and had our breakfasts in the apartment. The air condition was good and internet. We found the bed a bit soft for us. Overall a lovely place to stay. Near beach and transport.

Located right in the middle of the Old Town,next to the Cathedral,and on the bottom of the steps to the Barrio de Santa Cruz, with enough Bars & Restaurants you can shake a stick at. 400 meters down to the prom.

This property offers modern accommodation but still has character. The location is fantastic. Close to restaurants and bars, a buzzy area.

Really helpful and friendly staff Clean, comfortable apartment with lovely little terrace, also balcony. It was very well equipped Central location, close to good restaurants, 5 minute walk to the beach and also the castle.

The apartment is located on the edge of the old town which made it central for easy walks to all attractions, especially the beach. The area is full of restaurants and bars, so finding somewhere to eat or drink was easy. Unusually the apartments have a manned reception area, even though you can use the Stay My Way app for check in and key issue, which was manned by two very knowledgable people who’s help was greatly appreciated. The apartment was spacious, modern and airy with a comfortable bed, and a fully equipped kitchen, everything you would need for self catering is provided, however the close proximity to numerous cafe’s and restaurants means that you would probably only use the wine glasses.
